2、ities.Business Intelligence(BI)systems play an important role in the new environment ofmarket competition.Business Analysis System(BASS)of telecom reflect thesituation of business management,and it’s useful in making bus
3、iness decision andmarketing.So it is a decision support system of the telecom companies.BuildingBASS using Data Warehouse(DW),data analysis Data Mining(DM)technologies,and intelligent information processing,the knowledge
4、 will be found in masscommunications data.Market managers can make a decision timely,accurate,andscientific.IT is an effective means to enhance business competitiveness.
This paper analyzes the technologies of BAS
5、S based on the DW and DM.Combined with the characteristics of telecom companies’mass data,a method ofclassification DW proposed,and based on which a classification DW,a BASS and themarketing management functions designed
6、 and implemented.
In this paper,three main areas of research work carried out.First,telecomenterprise data come from disparate systems of heterogeneous data.In view of thischaracteristic,this paper presents a unif
7、ied enterprise data communication logicmodel of massive data integration methods.With this method,the data structure ofDW uniformed,the heterogeneous data integrated and shared,the definition ofoperational indicators cal
8、iber uniformed,the data storaged and standardized in DW.Itlaid a solid foundation for data quality management and business applications.BASSbuild on Classification DW.Second,this article studied DM in the marketingapplic
9、ation,developed a prediction model for accurate marketing and analysis toachieve a precise and accurate marketing.The data and information are useful tomake an accurate and timely decision.Third,this article implemented
