4、2. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS 2.1. Rolled products shall be manufactured in accordance with the requirements of this Standard and from production schedule approved in accordance with the established procedure. 2.2. Character

9、nd nitrogen on demand of the customer. 3. In rolled products of bridge constructions of northern modification, the mass fraction of sulfur shall not be of more than 0.030 %; that of phosphorus shall not be of more than 0

10、.025 %; this requirement shall be specified in the order. By agreement between the manufacturer and the customer, it is allowed to manufacture steel of electroslag remelting; here, character III separated with a dash sh

11、all be added to the grade denotation of steel. 4. In the ready rolled products from steel of grade 15XCHД, of category 3, the mass fraction of carbon shall be of no more than 0.18 %. In steel of grade 15XCHД, of category

12、 3, the lower limit of mass fraction of carbon shall not be the rejection characteristic, if mechanical characteristics are satisfactory. 5. In rolled products from steel of grade 10XCHД, of category 3, the mass fractio

13、n of silicon shall be from 0.70 to 1.00 %. 6. In rolled products from steel of grade 16Д with the mass fraction of carbon from 0.10 to 0.12 %, an increased mass fraction of manganese of up to 0.80 % is allowed. 2.2.2.

14、The mass fraction of nitrogen in steel shall not exceed 0.008 %; that of arsenic shall not exceed 0.08 %. The mass fraction of nitrogen in the ready rolled products of up to 0.012 % is allowed. 2.2.3. In the ready rolle

15、d products, deviations of mass fraction of elements from values given in table 1 are allowed, provided that mechanical characteristics are ensured and other requirements of this Standard are observed. The allowable limi

16、ting deviations are given in table 2. 2.2.4. Rolled products shall be manufactured with guarantees of weldability. Weldability of steels shall be ensured by manufacturing process and observing of all requirements for che
