簡(jiǎn)介:僅以此文獻(xiàn)給幫助過(guò)我的導(dǎo)師和同事。剝5共民通信工程項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)管理研究摘要在一個(gè)工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)過(guò)程中,資金、技術(shù)、設(shè)備等都是影響項(xiàng)目成功的主要因素,但是,主動(dòng)性的項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理和團(tuán)隊(duì)才是關(guān)鍵。項(xiàng)目獲得成功需要有一個(gè)有效工作的團(tuán)隊(duì),團(tuán)隊(duì)管理更加強(qiáng)調(diào)員工在團(tuán)隊(duì)中的價(jià)值,強(qiáng)調(diào)員工對(duì)管理工作的參與性,最大限度地滿足個(gè)人發(fā)展的需求。工程項(xiàng)目管理在管理體系、技術(shù)、計(jì)劃、組織、實(shí)施和控制、溝通和協(xié)調(diào)、驗(yàn)收等各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都應(yīng)與其特征相匹配,推行并加強(qiáng)團(tuán)隊(duì)組織建設(shè),才能保證達(dá)到項(xiàng)目最終目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)相當(dāng)于一個(gè)有紀(jì)律、有分工的組織,而組織是一切管理活動(dòng)取得成功的基本要素。項(xiàng)目組織的主要目的是要強(qiáng)調(diào)團(tuán)隊(duì)的協(xié)作精神,及時(shí)應(yīng)對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目中遇到的變化、實(shí)現(xiàn)資源有效快速地優(yōu)化配置、提高經(jīng)營(yíng)效益和管理效率。本文將從工程項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的概念入手,對(duì)有關(guān)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)管理的理論進(jìn)行綜述,分析項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的特點(diǎn)及類型,并根據(jù)我國(guó)基本國(guó)情和項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際情況,具體研究項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)的建設(shè)過(guò)程及在建設(shè)過(guò)程中所用的手段與方式。項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)組建之后,關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題在于對(duì)其進(jìn)行有效的管理,激發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作熱情,協(xié)助項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)在約定的時(shí)間和費(fèi)用要求下,更高效地完成項(xiàng)目建設(shè)任務(wù)。本文將主要在分析我國(guó)通信工程項(xiàng)目的團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)存在的主要問(wèn)題的基礎(chǔ)上,探討解決這些問(wèn)題的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。從具體的工程背景出發(fā),分析團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)中的項(xiàng)目人員甄選,團(tuán)隊(duì)中的制度安排,以及實(shí)踐中,整個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)的工作績(jī)效。意在解決目前工程項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)中存在的種種弊端,使之運(yùn)用于實(shí)踐,分別涉及有關(guān)項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)激勵(lì)管理、績(jī)效管理、沖突管理等相關(guān)內(nèi)容。最后將以一個(gè)特定的通信工程項(xiàng)目作為具體的案例,利用前半部分的理論分析,研究P通信工程公司本地網(wǎng)光纜擴(kuò)建項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)管理。關(guān)鍵字項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)組建過(guò)程團(tuán)隊(duì)管理

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著國(guó)家對(duì)電信格局的重新劃分和定位,電信市場(chǎng)迎來(lái)了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,尤其是移動(dòng)通信市場(chǎng),客戶規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)雪崩效應(yīng)。為了給不斷擴(kuò)大的客戶群提供強(qiáng)有力的網(wǎng)絡(luò)支撐,近幾年通信工程的建設(shè)亦是如火如茶地進(jìn)行,在早期所不被關(guān)注的通信工程項(xiàng)目的管理問(wèn)題日益凸現(xiàn)。通信工程是一種科技含量高的知識(shí)密集型工程。由于信息技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,新技術(shù)、新工藝、新產(chǎn)品不斷涌現(xiàn),通信工程項(xiàng)目具有很強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性和時(shí)效性,因而,在以往的通信工程項(xiàng)目中,大都用傳統(tǒng)的甘特圖作為進(jìn)度控制的主要手段。然而,通信工程項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)需求復(fù)雜、環(huán)境多變、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大和多種因素制約的復(fù)雜過(guò)程,僅僅通過(guò)進(jìn)度控制難以實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目資源的優(yōu)化控制,達(dá)到降低成本的目的。網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)是國(guó)外廣泛采用的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)度和資源優(yōu)化的現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù),近年來(lái),該方法已在國(guó)內(nèi)其他行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理中得到了應(yīng)用。然而,在通信工程項(xiàng)目的管理中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)還未得到引進(jìn)和應(yīng)用。本文在分析通信工程特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)地研究了網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)在通信工程項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用方法。首先介紹了通信工程進(jìn)度控制的方法,重點(diǎn)探討了通信工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制和實(shí)施方法,包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)的原理以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖的繪制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)間的計(jì)算、關(guān)鍵路線的確定。其次,通過(guò)時(shí)間資源優(yōu)化、時(shí)間成本優(yōu)化方法提供了通信工程項(xiàng)目的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化方法,并表明了優(yōu)化過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。進(jìn)而,通過(guò)某移動(dòng)通信公司移動(dòng)基站的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐,重點(diǎn)分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)在具體應(yīng)用中的問(wèn)題及實(shí)施方法,并給出了應(yīng)用效果分析。最后,分析了在通信工程項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了解決問(wèn)題的措施和網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)軟件的應(yīng)用。本文的顯著特點(diǎn)主要表現(xiàn)在將網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)有效地引入了通信工程項(xiàng)目中,尤其是結(jié)合應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵路線法和計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù),同時(shí)研究了通信工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制方法和時(shí)間、資源、成本優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)行了效果分析。本文的研究結(jié)果不僅為通信工程項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)提供了可操作的方法和技術(shù),而且為其他行業(yè)推廣網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)提供了技術(shù)支持和借鑒。

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著今年來(lái)電信市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,運(yùn)營(yíng)商工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)在不斷增加,對(duì)項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的成本、進(jìn)度、資源的控制提出了更高的要求?;诖耍蕴岣咄ㄐ啪W(wǎng)絡(luò)工程建設(shè)水平為管理重點(diǎn)地通信工程項(xiàng)目管理,正逐漸形成為運(yùn)營(yíng)商的一種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。通信工程項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與管理子系統(tǒng)就要解決這些問(wèn)題,優(yōu)化項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃,調(diào)整項(xiàng)目實(shí)施時(shí)間,減少項(xiàng)目成本,合理利用資源。本文的主要工作就是根據(jù)聯(lián)通客戶對(duì)通信工程項(xiàng)目的需求對(duì)其項(xiàng)目的計(jì)劃與管理子系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),將掙值管理技術(shù)、WBS技術(shù)等技術(shù)作為項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與進(jìn)度管理業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ),具體采用STRUTS、HIBERNATE等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)具體模塊。采用STRUTS框架實(shí)現(xiàn)表示層、邏輯層及數(shù)據(jù)層的分離,數(shù)據(jù)層采用數(shù)據(jù)持久化技術(shù)HIBERNATE,從而可以隱藏訪問(wèn)數(shù)據(jù)源的數(shù)據(jù)訪問(wèn)API,簡(jiǎn)化開發(fā)。本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外的通信工程項(xiàng)目管理現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)等方面進(jìn)行了分析,同時(shí)針對(duì)聯(lián)通工程項(xiàng)目管理存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)合目前的技術(shù)發(fā)展,本系統(tǒng)開發(fā)所采用的是STRUTS、HIBERNATE等技術(shù),以及針對(duì)成本、進(jìn)度管理的掙值技術(shù)。從聯(lián)通工程項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與進(jìn)度管理的實(shí)際需求出發(fā),對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行建模,并完成系統(tǒng)的各模塊設(shè)計(jì)。根據(jù)子系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),將系統(tǒng)大體分為進(jìn)度計(jì)劃初始化、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度優(yōu)化、項(xiàng)目成本監(jiān)控、項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度調(diào)整等模塊。通過(guò)對(duì)影響工程項(xiàng)目的資源、成本、時(shí)間等要素的分析,采用工期時(shí)間、工期成本、工期資源三種優(yōu)化流程來(lái)完善項(xiàng)目控制體系。通過(guò)應(yīng)用掙值技術(shù),對(duì)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展過(guò)程的進(jìn)行良好監(jiān)控。最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)的各功能模塊進(jìn)行測(cè)試。對(duì)項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃與進(jìn)度管理的測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,整個(gè)子系統(tǒng)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的所有功能,在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中客戶反映效果良好。
