簡介:■’L0{SL‘⑧天率大謦“1程碩士學(xué)位論文_臁一L昌}■●】IJMH_TI葺昌A_4【?、騃J嘲昌ALLIOII領(lǐng)域結(jié)構(gòu)工程.作者姓名周海英指導(dǎo)教師丁紅巖教授企業(yè)導(dǎo)師王安升高工工滯上當(dāng)ZⅡ六斗IT亡2005年12月地基上。根據(jù)彈性地基疊合梁的基本原理,并考慮到實(shí)際鋼軌的接頭和軌道板的接縫應(yīng)相互錯(cuò)開,把機(jī)車車輛輪載作用于鋼軌接頭視為最不利條件,算出混凝土道床的縱向變形及受力情況。烏鞘嶺隧道內(nèi)軌道設(shè)計(jì)采用套靴式彈性支承塊整體道床結(jié)構(gòu),過渡段設(shè)在兩端洞口外,由于兩線的設(shè)計(jì)速度不同,參考了秦嶺隧道鋪設(shè)的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對秦嶺隧道的具體結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸、配筋等進(jìn)行了改進(jìn),不管是支承塊還是混凝土道床都加強(qiáng)了配筋,強(qiáng)度增大。對于烏鞘嶺隧道彈性支承塊式整體道床其他部位的設(shè)計(jì)和技術(shù)要求,具體情況見論文。彈性整體道床是目前國內(nèi)一項(xiàng)新技術(shù)、新結(jié)構(gòu)的軌道工程,對施工精度要求很高,工期緊,同時(shí)場地狹窄。支承塊采用現(xiàn)場預(yù)制,支承塊的尺寸要求比較嚴(yán)格,為了保證支承塊預(yù)制的質(zhì)量和精度,我們對模具結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了反復(fù)試驗(yàn)和論證,最終取得滿意的結(jié)果。對于整體道床的施工準(zhǔn)備,主要分為三個(gè)部分即人員準(zhǔn)備、技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備和機(jī)具材料準(zhǔn)備。人員準(zhǔn)備主要是各施工人員的配置和培訓(xùn),我們根據(jù)以往施工的經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行了合理的安排,確保整體道床施工質(zhì)量技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備主要是嚴(yán)格遵守測量操作規(guī)程進(jìn)行水平和中線的測量,中線樁和水平樁要準(zhǔn)確牢固,方便施工人員操作;機(jī)具準(zhǔn)備主要有自行式龍門吊機(jī)、組合式軌道排架、移動(dòng)式組裝平臺(tái)等材料準(zhǔn)備主要是鋼筋和混凝土材料。對于道床施工首先要清理干凈現(xiàn)場,然后安裝鋼筋網(wǎng)和伸縮縫板,其次吊裝、連接、調(diào)整懸掛好支撐塊的軌道排架,最后道床混凝土澆筑,此后就是拆模進(jìn)入下一循環(huán)??刂苹炷亮鸭y是道床旌工質(zhì)量的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵,嚴(yán)格控制水灰比、振搗密實(shí)和灑水養(yǎng)護(hù)大大減少了收縮裂紋和部分溫度裂紋,對不良地質(zhì)條件的處理又減少了沉降裂紋的出現(xiàn)??傊?,為了保證道床施工的質(zhì)量,各方面嚴(yán)格要求自己,保質(zhì)保量的完成施工任務(wù)。另外,本文還列舉了幾種整體道床的病害,比較典型的有整體道床混凝土裂損、支承塊擋肩嚴(yán)重破損、整體道床翻漿、下沉、整體道床支承塊松動(dòng)等;本文針對各種情況分析了病害發(fā)生的原因,主要有混凝土強(qiáng)度低、道床基礎(chǔ)承載力不足、地質(zhì)不良和地下水的作用等;并針對各種病害整治列舉了有效施工措施;最后,計(jì)算了道床在最不利情況下抬道時(shí)鋼軌的應(yīng)力以及抬道時(shí)應(yīng)該松開扣件的距離,希望能夠?yàn)闉跚蕩X隧道線路的日常維修提供參考依據(jù)。關(guān)鍵詞彈性整體道床施工工藝烏鞘嶺隧道鐵路隧道
