簡(jiǎn)介:申請(qǐng)上海交通大學(xué)工程碩士學(xué)位論文鋼管板樁結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和施工工藝研究學(xué)校上海交通大學(xué)院系船舶海洋與建筑工程學(xué)院專業(yè)建筑與土木工程學(xué)號(hào)1120102099申請(qǐng)人張玲學(xué)校導(dǎo)師王建華企業(yè)導(dǎo)師施忠二〇一六年八月摘要II鋼管板樁結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和施工工藝研究摘要本文以東莞市虎門港沙田港區(qū)西大坦作業(yè)區(qū)駁船碼頭工程為背景,針對(duì)鋼管板樁組合體系的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、施工方案以及項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量控制技術(shù)展開(kāi)研究,取得的主要研究成果如下(1)由于鋼管板樁組合結(jié)構(gòu)的特殊性,國(guó)內(nèi)無(wú)相關(guān)的規(guī)范可供參考。在大量查閱文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合相關(guān)的規(guī)范開(kāi)展分析計(jì)算。研究分析幾種前墻計(jì)算方法,最終確定本工程適用的豎向彈性地基梁法進(jìn)行荷載計(jì)算。以正常使用極限狀態(tài)組合荷載為文中建立的模型進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算。計(jì)算的主要內(nèi)容包括踢腳穩(wěn)定計(jì)算、作用效應(yīng)包絡(luò)值計(jì)算、錨錠計(jì)算及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)等。在深入分析計(jì)算結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,給出了工程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)斷面圖和特殊斷面圖,這些圖紙可直接應(yīng)用于實(shí)際工程。(2)針對(duì)該工程特殊的地質(zhì)條件,研究工程中多種錘型,在鋼管板樁初打時(shí)選用DZJ135振動(dòng)錘,經(jīng)實(shí)踐證實(shí)DZJ135振動(dòng)錘適應(yīng)該軟土地基上的初打作業(yè)。鋼板樁復(fù)打選錘型,對(duì)D100沖擊錘、APE200液壓振動(dòng)錘等幾種錘型進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工對(duì)比,基于大量的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果選用APE200液壓振動(dòng)錘進(jìn)行板樁復(fù)打施工。解決了適應(yīng)該特殊地質(zhì)的樁錘選擇問(wèn)題。此外,為保證鋼板樁沉樁過(guò)程中樁的垂直度,通過(guò)研究形成下面的施工工藝即研制出特定的定位架,可控制垂直度在2‰以內(nèi)的精度。通過(guò)對(duì)樁基的平面偏位檢測(cè),結(jié)
