簡介:吉林農業(yè)大學博士學位論文旱稻抗旱解剖結構及其生理特性的研究姓名陳展宇申請學位級別博士專業(yè)作物栽培學與耕作學指導教師徐克章20080601活性和POD活性變化趨勢與SOD基本一致。在過氧化物酶同工酶電泳圖譜中,在生育后期,早稻品種出現(xiàn)小分子量的POD同工酶譜帶。早稻品種中較高的抗氧化酶活性及高含量的小分子POD同工酶,可以減緩葉片衰老的速度,從而維持高水平的光合作用。5早稻品種葉片內可溶性蛋白含量高于水稻品種,早稻品種可以通過合成可溶性蛋白維持正常代謝活動,適應干旱脅迫,早稻品種在電泳圖譜出現(xiàn)許多小分子的蛋白質譜帶,小分子的蛋白質可以調節(jié)細胞的滲透性吸水,提高抗旱性;早稻品種硝酸還原酶活性高于水稻品種,在苗期硝酸還原酶活性最高,但隨著生育進程,硝酸還原酶活性下降幅度大,苗期、灌漿期葉片硝酸還原酶活性與可溶性蛋含量呈顯著正相關仁06409,R05817“。6早稻品種在整個生育時期均表現(xiàn)脯氨酸含量高,這有利于提高早稻品種的抗旱性,其含量的大小也反映了不同品種抗旱性的差異。早稻品種苗期到灌漿期葉片內可溶性糖含量均高于水稻品種,成熟期低于水稻品種,可能在生育前期可溶性糖參與滲透調節(jié)。早稻品種在旱作條件下,生育前期通過合成適量的脫落酸來適應干旱的脅迫,少量的脫落酸調節(jié)氣孔開關,誘導大量滲透調節(jié)物質合成,提高植物抗旱能力,而成熟期早稻體內脫落酸含量少,減緩衰老。抗旱性弱的水稻品種生育前期體內合成的脫落酸量少,抗旱性差,而成熟期體內脫落酸含量高,加快葉片衰老。通過對不同品種解剖結構以及生理生化指標和產(chǎn)量的相關分析,說明早稻品種角質層厚度大,光合速率高,蒸騰作用弱,水分利用效率高,具有較高的光合生產(chǎn)能力。此外抗旱性強的水稻品種也適合旱作,可以作為早稻品種選育的種質資源。葉片凈光合速率、硝酸還原酶活性、抗氧化酶活性、POD同工酶、抗旱蛋白、ABA含量和脯氨酸含量可作為篩選抗旱高產(chǎn)早稻品種的生理生化指標。關鍵詞早稻,旱作,解剖結構,光合特性,生理生化特性Ⅱ
