    • 簡(jiǎn)介:溫州高等教育國(guó)際化現(xiàn)狀及實(shí)施策略研究RESEARCHFORACTUALITYANDIMPLEMENTATIONTACTICOFHIGHEREDUCATIONINTERNATLONALIZATIONINWENZHOUCITY作者姓名夏侯瑤NAMEJUN,XIAHOU指導(dǎo)老師張?zhí)煅㏕UTORTIANXUE,ZHANG學(xué)科專業(yè)教育管理MAJOREDUCATIONMANAGEMENT浙江師范大學(xué)教師教育學(xué)院COLLEGEOFEDUCATION,ZHEJIANGNORMALUNIVERSITY二0一一年六月JUNE,201L溫州高等教育國(guó)際化現(xiàn)狀及實(shí)施策略研摘要?jiǎng)h刪改革開(kāi)放后,我國(guó)的高等教育發(fā)展走過(guò)了精英化、大眾化兩個(gè)階段。隨著國(guó)家軟實(shí)力的提升,改革開(kāi)放的深化,高等教育在大眾化進(jìn)程中又進(jìn)入了國(guó)際化階段。當(dāng)今社會(huì),緊密的國(guó)際問(wèn)交流與合作已經(jīng)顯得尤為重要,而其中的高等教育國(guó)際化也已經(jīng)成為一種必然趨勢(shì)。近年來(lái),不管是某一國(guó)或是某一地區(qū)高等教育國(guó)際化的發(fā)展都越來(lái)越受到人們重視。所以,展開(kāi)對(duì)溫州地區(qū)的高等教育國(guó)際化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行深入的研究和探討,就顯得很有必要了。論文主要采用了文獻(xiàn)查閱法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、個(gè)案訪談法等方法進(jìn)行。研究目的主要是想探究當(dāng)前溫州地區(qū)高等教國(guó)際化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并分析出其可能存在的問(wèn)題,然后在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的發(fā)展策略。研究的內(nèi)容涉及五個(gè)部分首先,是緒論部分,該部分主要是對(duì)研究背景、研究意義進(jìn)行了闡釋,并做了相關(guān)的研究文獻(xiàn)綜述,然后以此為基礎(chǔ)來(lái)確立研究的思路和方法;其次,是對(duì)我國(guó)高等教育國(guó)際化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡釋,是對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)高等教育國(guó)際化的表現(xiàn)進(jìn)行闡釋,然后再對(duì)有關(guān)我國(guó)高等教育國(guó)際化的政策法規(guī)進(jìn)行梳理與分析再次是對(duì)溫州地區(qū)的高等教育國(guó)際化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查第四是根據(jù)對(duì)當(dāng)前溫州地區(qū)高等教育國(guó)際化現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策;最后,是總結(jié)研究的結(jié)論,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出今后可能研究的方向。通過(guò)對(duì)溫州地區(qū)各高校師生的調(diào)查和訪談結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),目前溫州地區(qū)高等教育在國(guó)際化發(fā)展中主要存在的問(wèn)題有教育理念陳舊、留學(xué)信息宣傳渠道單一、發(fā)展不平衡、課程設(shè)置不合理、師生對(duì)外交往的能力不足、自身辦學(xué)水平不高等問(wèn)題。所咀基于存在的這些問(wèn)題對(duì)該地區(qū)高等教育國(guó)際化的發(fā)展提出了以下幾點(diǎn)建議第一、樹(shù)立全新的教育理念第二、走合作辦學(xué)之路,優(yōu)化辦學(xué)資源;第三、努力提升溫卅L高校師生的國(guó)際交往能力特別是語(yǔ)言能力第四、課程設(shè)置要與國(guó)際接軌著力培養(yǎng)學(xué)生關(guān)注世界的興趣;第五、努力發(fā)揮自身優(yōu)勢(shì),提高溫州高等教育的國(guó)際知名度。關(guān)鍵詞高等教育;國(guó)際化實(shí)旌策略
