2、eriod hitherto unknown, the prestressed concrete bridge is used widely for its advantage. Because the span of the bridge becomes longer and longer, the request of designing, construction, materi
3、al and equipments should be elevated. Because of the influence of the prestressed loss, the real stress doesn't coincide with the designed stress, that is to say, the calculated stress doe
4、sn't display the condition of the real structure stress properly, and thereby the undiscovered danger leads to the quality of the engineering construction. the prestessed friction loss is th
5、e main of the prestessed loss,especially the curved steel rope. So in the process of designing the long span prestessed concrete bridge,the estimation to prestressed friction loss should be prop
6、er. Only to do this,the value of prestressed force is designed suitable, the capability that the prestressed concrete structure bears weight, security and dependability, economy and service life
7、 of the structure can be convinced. How to calculate the value of friction loss and to find the regular pattern is the importance of researching the prestressed loss. In this article the prestess
8、ed friction loss in the prestressed concrete structure will completely be analyzed in the theory. Combining with the Muzhouling big bridge of Yong- Tai- Wen railway in Zhejiang Province, the prestressed friction
9、loss of the prestressed steel rope is analyzed ideally and simulated actually. At first,divising the force model for interreaction in stell rope and the wall of duct,and giving the amending fo
10、rmula for the prestessed friction loss.Next step,the soft of bridge structure, GQJS, is used to calculate the structure of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge in the building period and
11、 the prestressed friction loss of top- steel- rope,mid- steel- rope and bot- steel- rope are analyzed comparatively.At last,applying the amending formula in chapter four,the zero- beam of Muzhouling bi
12、g bridge is simulated and the value of the prestessed friction loss is given out. The conclusion may provide reliable datum for structure construction controlling and guarantee the quality of
13、construction.At the same time, the conclusion has guide significance for designing and constructing prestressed concrete bridges. Key words: Prestressed concrete bridges,Prestressed steel rope,Friction
