2、力資源管理、房產(chǎn)管理、財(cái)務(wù)管理、設(shè)備管理、客戶服務(wù)與業(yè)主投訴、數(shù)據(jù)維護(hù)和系統(tǒng)安全等功能模塊,提供全方位的數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、計(jì)算、查詢、統(tǒng)計(jì)、匯總、輸出等日常處理,不但能管理文本數(shù)據(jù),還可以管理大量的圖片資料,操作簡便,業(yè)務(wù)流程規(guī)范,對(duì)具有不同特色的物業(yè)管理小區(qū)有著廣泛的適應(yīng)性。</p><p><b> 住宅小區(qū)管理</b></p><p> 房產(chǎn)管理:針對(duì)物業(yè)管理企業(yè)所
