1、<p><b>　　附錄1 </b></p><p>　　立體車庫的特點和設計</p><p>　　立體車庫是專門實現(xiàn)各種車輛的自動停放及科學寄存的倉儲設施。隨著城市汽車保有量的不斷增加，停車難問題已經成為大城市的一個普遍現(xiàn)象。就目前的小區(qū)來看，由于一般住宅小區(qū)的車位設置在項目設計和規(guī)劃階段就已經確定了數量，因此在已建設成的住宅小區(qū)中再設置機動車位，實際上是

2、很難再有所作為了。因此車位的緊缺就成為今后較長時間內的業(yè)主的一大生活難題和物業(yè)管理公司管理難點了。機械式立體車庫可充分利用土地資源，發(fā)揮空間優(yōu)勢，最大限度地停放車庫，成為解決城市靜態(tài)交通問題的重要途徑。 </p><p>　　在寸土寸金的市中心，特別是賓館、市場、購物中心地段等車輛集中的地區(qū)，只能向空中、向地下發(fā)展，因此建造相當數量的立體車庫已經到了必不可少的地步，同時立體車庫也有著不少的優(yōu)點。</p>

3、;<p>　　第一，節(jié)約空間。一般情況下，其占地面積約為平面停車聲的1/2～1/25，機械式立體車庫的地下和地面都可以安裝，最大的好處就是可以充分利用小面積向高空發(fā)展，盡量多存車輛，是土地資源緊缺、車輛容量大的場所最佳停車方式。例如，在空間有限的小區(qū)地面上最適合使用“垂直循環(huán)“式立體車庫。這種車庫每組8層，也就是說，在原來只可停放一輛車的面積上建起的立體車庫可以停放8輛車。</p><p>　　第二

4、，自動化操控，使用方便。立體車庫自動化程度高，可以進行旋轉式升降，例如，小區(qū)下班回來停車，只要按一下與車位號對應的號碼，這個車位就會旋轉著降落到地面，待車停好車輛后，再按號碼，車位又回放上升，復位。安裝了立體車庫的大型地下停車場配套安裝停車場智能管理系統(tǒng)、由經過專業(yè)技術培訓的工作人員進行24小時值守調度。</p><p>　　第三，立體車庫建設成本大大低于傳統(tǒng)停車場。據了解，傳統(tǒng)停車場的占地和建設成本相當高昂，一

5、般說來，普通地上停車位每個占地在15平方米左右，地下停車場每個車位的占地面積則至少25平方米以上。如果使用立體停車庫，在30平方米的空地上就可以停放一級8車位立體停車庫，平均每個車位占地面積不到1平方米。就建設成本而言，目前小區(qū)房產商建一個地下車位需投資6-8萬元，某些高檔寫字樓地下停車位的建設成本更上高達十幾萬。如果安裝立體車庫，在空間面積不變的情況下盡量拉回停車位，可以將每個停車位的建設成本攤薄到5-6萬。</p>&

6、lt;p>　　第四，安全可靠、美化環(huán)境。配備自動檢測系統(tǒng)，各種安全機構，自動報警，消防系統(tǒng)及其他防范設施。汽車不會損壞、丟失。因地制宜，利用零星空地，配以外形美觀的車庫，美化城市環(huán)境。</p><p>　　這里，我們以三層三列式車庫設計為例談談車庫的設計過程。升降橫移式立體車庫就其組成部分而言，可分為三大部分：車庫結構部分、傳動機構部分和控制系統(tǒng)部分。設計內容包括簡單介紹了車庫的文體結構和特點，對車庫的控制

7、系統(tǒng)作簡單的說明，依據升降橫移式立體車庫的運行原理，運用力學理論對升降橫移式立體車庫的結構進行了全面的力學分析，包括升降橫移式立體車庫的框架結構的強度橫移傳動系統(tǒng)中軸的強度和升降傳動系統(tǒng)中軸的強度等。在對升降橫移式立體車庫控制系統(tǒng)的設計中，采用先進的PLC控制，運用歐姆龍公司的編程軟件編制了升降橫移系統(tǒng)的程序流程，并經調試運行證明采用可編程控制器作為控制系統(tǒng)簡單易行。其穩(wěn)定、可靠、快速、性價比高的特點使得控制系統(tǒng)非常完美。為了使停車設備
