11、knowledgedthatthefunctionsofproductionconsumptiondistributionhavebecomecloselyembeddedmakingtheirrespectivedifferentiationproblematic.Theemergenceoftimeconstraineddistributionsystems(i.e.justintime)ismainlytheresultsofpr

12、essuresfrommanufacturingretailingactivitiesseekingtoimproveefficiencyproductivity.Thereductionoftransptcostshelpedthisprocessbutparadoxicallyastransptcostsinventylevelspedthevalueoftimeincreased.Thecertaintyoftimebecomes

13、asimptantastheshtnessoftimeindistribution(Ctright2001).Integratedtransptdemimpliesanewgeographyoflogisticswhichhasimplicationsffreightplanningfecastingmodels.Logisticstransptationactivitieshaveaparticularimptancealsoinsm

14、allenterprisesystemswhereproductiveactivitiesresidencesareremarkablydiffusedthisresultsinhighmobilityenvironmentalproblems.ButhisticallylogisticshasbeenconsideredanissuedeservingmodestpriityinfactSMEsarenotabletomanageth

15、eirlogisticsneeds.Instudiesonthedevelopmentprocessesofindustrialclusterslogisticsdeficienciesareoftenstressedasimptantcausesofcrisislossofcompetitiveness(Lattarulo2001).Thefirmstendtofocusonthecebusiness.Thelackofinteres
