2、specific practicing process find out the advantages and shortcomings. This research target how to awaken participants' sense of power and provide empowerment experiences, and analyze the empowerment actions from diff
3、erent dimensions. From the practice process, the author explore effectiveness of empowerment group work; from the research perspective, the author summarize the experiences and rethink their existence. And on this basis
4、i try to put forward the work method and construction model of empowering action from the perspective of social worker. The author give priority to the group social work, supplemented by interview method, observation g
5、roup practice in the process of data collection, and rethink the deficiency of the whole process and the cause “false empowerment. And the author want to clarify how to improve service quality from practice perspective.
6、The author found some “false empowerment“ phenomenon thought reflections on the practice: first, a social worker disempowerment the client caused by factors such as the perspective of the people, the professional status
7、and the convenience of operation. Second, some children use the power to suppress the others. Third, i neglect the reflective thinking during the practice. Fourth, the evaluation process is affected by factors such as ev
8、aluation standards and assessment interference. Fifth, there is a lack of multi-level participation and interaction. In view of the above shortcomings, we need to do some actions: remodel the professional role, ensure th
9、e equality of team members to participate in the team, rebuild group internal power structure to help children wake up or to master their own power, promote individual and group action of professional work method. Innov
10、ative point of this study lies in: on children's social work team in the field of social work practice for reflection, from the perspective of empowerment and practice of the application of the validity of thinking i
11、n the practice of the various deficiencies, and tried to be revised, and thinking about how to from the perspective of social workers provide more effective intervention services to the service object. Key words: Empower
