1、蛋白質(zhì)通過磷酸激酶和磷酸酶進行磷酸化及脫磷酸化蛋白質(zhì)可逆生化反應(yīng)作用。稻瘟病菌中磷酸蛋白組中約有60多個未見功能報道的磷酸酶。我們鑒定了三個磷酸酶功能：雙位點特異性磷酸酯酶（MoYvh1），蛋白酪氨酸磷酸酶2（MoPtp2），絲/蘇氨酸磷酸酶Protein Two C1。我們采用同源重組方式獲得了這三個蛋白基因的帶有潮霉素基因的?Moyvh1,?Moptp2 and?Moptc1突變體。MoYvh1對稻瘟病菌的孢子，菌絲生長，致病性有嚴
2、重的影響,?Moyvh1對檢測細胞完整性的剛果紅、熒光增白劑藥劑敏感；在附著孢萌發(fā)的過程中Moyvh1主要定位于細胞質(zhì)中。MoPtp2對稻瘟病無性孢子的生長有影響，但是對菌絲生長，致病性作用不大；與野生型相比，MoPtp2過量表達突變株菌絲生長比較快，但對水稻、小麥兩種寄主的致病性沒有減弱的現(xiàn)象。?Moptp2ptp1雙敲突變體對滲透壓和氧脅迫比較敏感，但對生長和致病都沒有影響。MoPtp2過量表達突變株對滲透壓和氧脅迫表現(xiàn)中度敏感。M
