3、s of the production of industry value chain, and this division of labor formation is the result of re-allocation of global resources, production factors and capitals, which is taking the world as the map and the develope

4、d-country TNCs as the main carriers. Intra-industry division of labor acts as the chief way of new trade theory, showing strong economic vitality. On the one hand, the process of division of labor in different industry v

5、alue chains of global scale has expanded the degree of participation of resources, production factors and personnel in the opening countries; On the other hand, the enterprises melt into the production of specific indust

6、rial value chain from different levels and depth according to their comparative and competitive advantages, and gained the high profits. Currently, our country’s industrial structure is irrational, the allocation of reso

7、urces has not reached the optimal state and the labor division system is still need to be improved. So it is great important to make a research on “going out” strategy to our country’s enterprises based on the intra-indu

8、stry division of labor. This paper describes the theory of intra-industry division of labor and enterprises “going out” strategy, on the basis above, making an analysis on the status and competitiveness level of China’s

9、enterprises “going out” strategy under the guidance of intra-industry division theory. In addition, this paper explored the factors which impact enterprises “going out” strategy and how to implement the “going out” strat

10、egy and other issues. Firstly, this paper has made a systematic organization to the theory of intra-industry division of labor, referring to the west and the domestic research conditions, and also made a detailed descrip
