3、s of development. Chinese Landscape painting and Western landscape, respectively, as essential systems in Chinese and Western art, vividly embody the spirit of nations and the way of aesthetics. Chinese Landscape paintin

4、g has strived to the mutual understanding between the artists and the nature in the development, which is created by the unique and traditional Chinese culture. However, Western landscape is in pursuit of reproducing the

5、 natural scenery. It is true that the continuous development and change of the social form results in the change of the painting system. Based on the differences which are represented to the audience by two painting syst

6、em depicting the same subject, these differences can be carried out in depth comparative study. Taking the differences of origin, development, human environment and philosophy between two painting systems as a starting p
