2、ervisor: Zhang jian ABSTRACT In domestic construction market, steel tubular scaffold with couplers have been widely used. But the frequent collapse accidents are also a boring problem. Because of

3、 the laggard marketing and management system, and lack of the understanding in the building company, the formwork – support systerm are not calculated carefully, and the strength and stability of the formw

4、ork- support system are not enough. The paper reviewed the development of scaffold technology in our country . Contrasted and analyzed several theories about the calculation of scaffold and analy

5、zed accidents of scaffolds that occurred frequently. It is useful for following study. Firstly, the paper contrasted and analyzed several model about the calculation of scaffold, thus raised trus

6、sing formwork- support system from safety and economic analysis. Based on other’ s works about the development of construction, model of calculation and distributing of the loads of the fastener-

7、style steel pipe system, studied the influence of configuration condition to stability bearing capacity , such as step length, span, bridging in horizontal planes, bridging in uprightnessplanes, t

8、he floor members, the length of upright bars extruding from tophorizontal bars. References for the systerm are suggested. Some typical formwork collapse accidents happened in recent years are su

9、mmarized and analyzed, measures which should been taken to prevent them are suggested; analyzed the impact form standard the factor of the safety . After measurement and survey in construction

10、sites, adopted the blurring analysis method to build up the standard of the safety checkout and appraisal. It can be used to evaluate the safety performance of formwork- support systerm, and al

11、so make effective suggestions for the improvement. In the paper, detailed design was made of the formwork- support systerm of Kaibisheng Company in Shenyang by the model we assumed. Compared th

12、e economic technique analysis with the model that usually carried in the actual engineering, proved the model is in an advantageous position.Difficult and especial points are summarized of the project b
