2、essly developed into the most dynamic industry. The view that logistics industry has become the third source of profits after the material and human resources has gradually recognized and turned into a major concern. The

3、 logistics park, a place where is full with logistics firms, is the result of logistics’ development. At present, how to coordinate the logistics park has become a new research direction in the logistics field. As the wo

4、rld economy develops, the style of economic competition has changed a lot, which is no longer among companies but among supply chains. The competition between Logistics Parks has placed an important role in the logistics

5、 field. Only through coordinate with other logistics park from macro view, can they open the win-win situation. Therefore, logistics parks’ coordinative development is a new trend in future. With solid economy, perfect t

6、ransportation system as well as the policy of rejuvenating northeast old industry base and Beijing Olympics, Bohai Economic Rim has become the third pole of economic growth. Logistics’ support has vast contribution on ec

7、onomic growth. Therefore, port-oriented logistics parks which are the main style of logistics parks in Bohai Economic Rim must have a bright future. Based on this research trend, this paper chooses port-oriented logisti

8、cs parks’ synergies as the research topic and with AHP to evaluate the synergies status of port-oriented logistics park in Bohai Economic Rim. This paper also provides series of policy advice to solve the problems existi

9、ng in the process of synergies. Firstly, this paper introduced the research background, research meaning and research method and process to provide a clear structure of the whole research. Secondly, this paper stated som

10、e theories including logistics park, logistics port and synergies theory, based on which this paper proceed further research. Thirdly, this paper introduced the logistics situation in Bohai Economic Rim including port si

11、tuation, port logistics situation and synergies situation. Fourthly, this paper also analyzed the synergies effect of Logistics Park. Fifthly, this paper designed out index system based on the above introductions to eval

12、uate the synergies degree of port-oriented logistics parks in Bohai Economic Rim. The evaluation method in this part is AHP. At last, this paper provided some relevant proposal on synergies’ problems in Bohai Economic Ri
