2、h school physical education teachers after - school education experience, is to better improve the Liaocheng high school physical education teachers 'knowledge ability and literacy, increase teachers' innovation
3、ability and research ability. This paper investigates the status quo of post-vocational education of PE teachers in Liaocheng high school by using questionnaire survey method, comparative method, logical analysis method,
4、 data statistic method and literature data method. The following conclusions: 1. In the post-service concept of education, 92.06% of teachers are fully aware of the importance and necessity of participating in post-secon
5、dary education. In-service education in this respect, the awareness of the county is relatively weak. 2. The mode of post-service education is mainly focused on pre-job training and teacher education institutions to focu
6、s on training two models. In the pre-job training found that the county teachers do not as district departments. 3. Liaocheng 71.2% of high school PE teachers on post-education and teaching content of the arrangements an
7、d curriculum that is more reasonable. In-service education and training of the content and curriculum arrangements, district high school sports teachers and county high school physical education teachers on the post-educ
8、ation courses and content satisfaction is not much difference. 4. In the course of the investigation, some high school PE teachers reflect the task of teaching too heavy. Especially for the county's teachers, the tim
9、e and money are relative to the regional tension. 5.60.8% of high school PE teachers believe that post-secondary education is helpful. District teachers and prefectural teachers are most helpful after they are educated.
