1、本文是一篇理論性的論文，通過研究當(dāng)今世界的發(fā)展趨勢來探討在未來某一時(shí)刻建立起一個(gè)世界性政府的可能性和必要性。本文的理論支撐來自功能學(xué)派，通過循序漸進(jìn)的方式在一個(gè)相當(dāng)長的時(shí)期內(nèi)建立起一個(gè)世界性政府。這里所探討的世界性政府與當(dāng)今的聯(lián)合國相類似，但將被賦予更多的權(quán)力以行使全球性決策權(quán)。本文將探討以下幾個(gè)議題:經(jīng)濟(jì)相互依賴、人口的結(jié)構(gòu)變化、資源短缺、環(huán)境變化、日益增強(qiáng)的當(dāng)今世界秩序集中化管理趨勢。單獨(dú)來看，每一個(gè)議題都反應(yīng)了日益增強(qiáng)的世界性管理
