1、本文對喬治·奧威爾的小說進(jìn)行了研究。文章主體分為四個部分： 第一部分分析奧威爾對女性的態(tài)度，以及他的厭女傾向和大男子主義思想的根源。從奧威爾的書信和散文作品中我們不難看到，奧威爾貶低，歧視女性，憎惡女性權(quán)威。 第二部分圍繞奧威爾的第一部長篇小說《緬甸歲月》展開論述。由于男子中心論思想與殖民統(tǒng)治之間存在著內(nèi)在聯(lián)系，所以極力宣揚(yáng)男子中心論思想的奧威爾很難成為殖民統(tǒng)治的真正批判者。 第三部分對《牧師的女兒》進(jìn)行了評價。
