2、力資源管理、房產管理、財務管理、設備管理、客戶服務與業(yè)主投訴、數據維護和系統(tǒng)安全等功能模塊,提供全方位的數據存儲、計算、查詢、統(tǒng)計、匯總、輸出等日常處理,不但能管理文本數據,還可以管理大量的圖片資料,操作簡便,業(yè)務流程規(guī)范,對具有不同特色的物業(yè)管理小區(qū)有著廣泛的適應性。</p><p><b>  住宅小區(qū)管理</b></p><p>  房產管理:針對物業(yè)管理企業(yè)所

3、屬的一切房產,對房產信息進行集中管理。包括:詳細描述記錄小區(qū)、樓盤、業(yè)主單元的位置、物業(yè)類型、房屋結構、房號、戶型等信息。</p><p>  客戶管理:幫助物業(yè)管理企業(yè)建立起完整的客戶檔案,對物業(yè)管理企業(yè)所管房屋的業(yè)主進行管理??稍敿氂涗洏I(yè)主的姓名、身份證號等描述信息。</p><p>  財務管理:主要包括水電費標準的建立,水電氣費用臺賬、綜合費用臺賬、物業(yè)管理費用臺賬等管理。<
