2、營業(yè)績和科學(xué)發(fā)展提供了第一手資料,是進(jìn)行科學(xué)分析,揚(yáng)長避短,制定發(fā)展方向的好教材。</p><p>  關(guān)鍵詞:檔案管理,企業(yè)管理</p><p><b>  1 緒論</b></p><p>  實(shí)習(xí)期間,我們通過對(duì)市場(chǎng)的調(diào)查,針對(duì)現(xiàn)在企業(yè)對(duì)人事管理的實(shí)際需要,開發(fā)了這套企業(yè)人適當(dāng)那管理系統(tǒng)。在開發(fā)過程中,我們針對(duì)當(dāng)前各企業(yè)管理的特點(diǎn)和技術(shù)人

3、員的實(shí)際水平,采用基于Windows圖形用戶界面這一易學(xué)易用的操作環(huán)境,在系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)過程中,我們盡量采用易懂易讀的人機(jī)界面,使用戶可以在短期內(nèi)完全掌握。我們又始終發(fā)系統(tǒng)的正確性放在首位,力求數(shù)據(jù)的完整和處理的正確性。在此基礎(chǔ)上優(yōu)化程序代碼,加速系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行和減少對(duì)系統(tǒng)資源的占用。</p><p><b>  2 系統(tǒng)可行性研究</b></p><p>  檔案管理系統(tǒng)用計(jì)算

4、機(jī)管理檔案的一種計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新,在計(jì)算機(jī)還未普及之前檔案文件管理都是由工作人員人工存檔,調(diào)閱的方式來操作的.現(xiàn)在一般的檔案管理都采用計(jì)算機(jī)智能化管理,采用計(jì)算機(jī)作為工具的實(shí)用的計(jì)算機(jī)檔案管理程序來幫助檔案管理員進(jìn)行更有效的檔案管理工作。檔案管理系統(tǒng)是典型的信息管理系統(tǒng),其開發(fā)主要包括后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫的建立和維護(hù)以及前端應(yīng)用程序的開發(fā)兩個(gè)方面。對(duì)于前者要求建立起數(shù)據(jù)一致性和完整性強(qiáng)、數(shù)據(jù)安全性好的庫。而對(duì)于后者則要求應(yīng)用程序功能完備,易使

5、用等特點(diǎn)。</p><p><b>  3 系統(tǒng)需求分析</b></p><p>  需求分析是系統(tǒng)開發(fā)必要環(huán)節(jié),也是重中之重;需求過程研究業(yè)務(wù)工作,以期設(shè)計(jì)出有助于業(yè)務(wù)工作的更加完善的系統(tǒng)。作為該過程的結(jié)果,需求規(guī)格說明書是對(duì)系統(tǒng)的功能和行為完整的描述。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)將來自于需求和分析的抽象規(guī)格說明轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槊嫦蛘鎸?shí)世界的設(shè)計(jì)。一旦構(gòu)建完成,該系統(tǒng)就會(huì)投入使用,同時(shí)會(huì)不可避免

6、地產(chǎn)生更多的新需求。同時(shí),需求過程與分析活動(dòng)之間有相當(dāng)程度的重疊,分析建模對(duì)于設(shè)定工作的范圍和其他一些事來說是必要的,所以我們利用分析模型來描述需求過程,隨著開發(fā)工作的繼續(xù),分析活動(dòng)在工作中占的比例將變得越來越大,直到所有需求都已知。</p><p>  基于系統(tǒng)需求分析,該系統(tǒng)需要實(shí)現(xiàn)以下基本功能:</p><p>  用戶管理:管理系統(tǒng)操作人員,設(shè)置操作人員口令和權(quán)限。在滿足不同系統(tǒng)用

7、戶的操作需求的基礎(chǔ)上,提高系統(tǒng)的安全性。</p><p>  人事檔案管理:完成企業(yè)對(duì)員工個(gè)人檔案(包括員工的基本檔案和在職信息)的管理及相關(guān)操作。操作員進(jìn)行員工檔案信息錄入及更改,其中包括員工的基本信息、工作經(jīng)歷、家庭關(guān)系、獎(jiǎng)懲記錄和培訓(xùn)經(jīng)歷,要求對(duì)這些員工檔案信息可以進(jìn)行新增、修改、刪除操作,同時(shí)可以進(jìn)行查詢和瀏覽操作。該模塊是本系統(tǒng)的重點(diǎn),用戶可以通過該模塊為單位建立一個(gè)比較完整的人事檔案系統(tǒng),同時(shí)可以對(duì)檔

11、業(yè)已經(jīng)建立起的財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中包含工資管理部分,為了避免重復(fù)開發(fā),本系統(tǒng)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)人事管理中的人事檔案管理和考勤管理功能,并提供相應(yīng)的接口為財(cái)務(wù)管理系統(tǒng)中的工資管理提供相應(yīng)的數(shù)據(jù)支持。另外,基于成本以及安全性考慮,假設(shè)本系統(tǒng)是一個(gè)相對(duì)封閉的單機(jī)運(yùn)行系統(tǒng),不提供與其他系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)交互。對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)庫的要求,如今后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫支持軟件有多種,如Oracle(對(duì)于大型系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì))Access、SQL(對(duì)于中小型系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì))各具有其優(yōu)越性。著于目前系統(tǒng)對(duì)運(yùn)行環(huán)

12、境的考慮,本系統(tǒng)采用Visual C++ 6.0,采用MSQ作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫,在滿足需求的前提下,盡量將系統(tǒng)對(duì)運(yùn)行環(huán)境的性能要求降到最低。</p><p><b>  4.2 詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)</b></p><p>  基于系統(tǒng)需求分析與系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計(jì)的結(jié)論,本系統(tǒng)采用Windows 2000 Server 版下的Visual C++ 6.0實(shí)現(xiàn)各模塊的功能,下面按幾大模塊的劃

13、分闡明系統(tǒng)的詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),其中主要對(duì)人事檔案管理模塊進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹。</p><p>  本系統(tǒng)是基于MFC單文檔結(jié)構(gòu)的應(yīng)用程序工程,文檔是管理應(yīng)用程序的數(shù)據(jù),而視圖用于顯示文檔并管理與用戶的交互。其實(shí),文檔是一種數(shù)據(jù)源,文檔對(duì)象負(fù)責(zé)來自所有數(shù)據(jù)源的數(shù)據(jù)的管理;視圖是數(shù)據(jù)的用戶窗口,為用戶提供了文檔的可視的數(shù)據(jù)顯示,它把文檔的部分或全部內(nèi)容在窗口中顯示出來,在文檔視圖結(jié)構(gòu)里,文檔是一個(gè)應(yīng)用程序數(shù)據(jù)基本元素的集合,

16、身份并決定其操作權(quán)限。</p><p>  4.4 考勤管理模塊簡(jiǎn)介</p><p>  根據(jù)需求分析和總體設(shè)計(jì),考勤管理模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)員工出勤、加班、請(qǐng)假和出差信息和管理功能,主要是登記、修改、刪除,以及瀏覽和查詢功能,同時(shí)可對(duì)考勤信息進(jìn)行月度統(tǒng)計(jì),為工資發(fā)放提供參考,考勤管理模塊。</p><p>  考勤管理模塊主要?jiǎng)澐殖晌遄幽K:出勤記錄管理、加班記錄管理、

17、出勤記錄管理、請(qǐng)假記錄管理、考勤管理。其中各個(gè)考勤記錄子模塊主要提供考勤信息的登記、刪除、瀏覽和查詢功能,考勤統(tǒng)計(jì)子模塊主要提供考勤的月度統(tǒng)計(jì)功能。</p><p>  4.5 基本數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)置模塊簡(jiǎn)介</p><p>  根據(jù)需求分析和總體設(shè)計(jì),基本數(shù)據(jù)設(shè)置模塊負(fù)責(zé)維護(hù)人事管理相關(guān)的基本數(shù)據(jù),這些基本數(shù)據(jù)主要有:民族檔案、文化程度、職工類型、政治面貌、部門類別、工資類別、職稱類別、職務(wù)類別;

18、該模塊和功能主要是完成對(duì)這些基本數(shù)據(jù)的添加、編輯和刪除操作。</p><p>  功能:從相應(yīng)和基本數(shù)據(jù)信息表中讀取基本數(shù)據(jù)并顯赫,同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)這些基本數(shù)據(jù)的添加、修改和刪除功能。</p><p>  輸入:各類基本數(shù)據(jù)。</p><p>  處理:各類基本數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)話框。</p><p>  相應(yīng)和基本數(shù)據(jù)信息表中讀取基本數(shù)據(jù)并顯示。</p

20、t;p>  (1) 合法性原則:企業(yè)的工作規(guī)定以及要求,參照核算實(shí)際的工作情況,進(jìn)行諸如檔案管理。</p><p>  (2) 實(shí)用性原則:適合產(chǎn)品信息管理工作的實(shí)際需求,并能夠處理一些特殊情況的要求,此外,盡可能預(yù)留空間,以便擴(kuò)充功能。</p><p>  (3) 準(zhǔn)確性原則:對(duì)輸入的相關(guān)資料建立檢錯(cuò)機(jī)制,及時(shí)報(bào)錯(cuò),使用戶能夠及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確的輸入合法資料(如:歷史檔案,家庭成員等)。&l
