3、obstinatebeingssotheylearnwhatcausessufferingwhatbringsbliss.EachsenthisattendantstopaytheirrespectstotheWldHonedOne.AtthattimetheThusComeOnesmiledemittedbillionsofgreatlightclouds.Therewasalightcloudofgreatfullnessaligh

4、tcloudofgreatcompassionalightcloudofgreatwisdomalightcloudofgreatprajnaalightcloudofgreatsamadhialightcloudofgreatauspiciousnessalightcloudofgreatblessingsalightcloudofgreatmeritalightcloudofgreatrefugealightcloudofgreat

5、praise.Afteremittingindescribablymanylightcloudshealsoutteredmanywonderfulsubtlesounds.Therewasthesoundofdanaparamitathesoundofshilaparamitathesoundofkshantiparamitathesoundofviryaparamitathesoundofdhyanaparamitathesound

6、ofprajnaparamita.TherewasthesoundofcompassionthesoundofjoyousgivingthesoundofliberationthesoundofnooutflowsthesoundofwisdomthesoundofgreatwisdomthesoundoftheLionsroarthesoundoftheGreatLion’sroarthesoundofthundercloudsthe

7、soundofgreatthunderclouds.AfterheutteredindescribablymanysoundscountlessmillionsofgodsdragonsghostsspiritsfromtheSahaotherwldsalsogatheredinthePalaceoftheTrayastrimshaHeaven.TheycamefromtheHeavenoftheFourKingstheTrayastr

8、imshaHeaventheSuyamaHeaventheTushitaHeaventheBlissfulTransfmationsHeaventheHeavenofComftGainedThroughOthersTransfmations.TheycamefromtheHeavenoftheMultitudesofBrahmatheHeavenoftheMinistersofBrahmatheHeavenoftheGreatBrahm

9、aLdtheHeavenofLesserLighttheHeavenofLimitlessLighttheHeavenofLightSoundtheHeavenofLesserPuritytheHeavenofLimitlessPuritytheHeavenofUniversalPurity.TheycamefromtheBirthofBlessingsHeaventheLoveofBlessingsHeaventheAbundantF

10、ruitHeaventheNoThoughtHeaventheNoAfflictionHeaventheNoHeatSutraofPastVowsofEarthSteBodhisattva345ThousGreatThousWldSystemwereaGangesriver.ThensupposethateachgrainofsineachofthoseGangesriverswereawldthateachmoteofdustinea

11、chofthosewldswereaneon.Thensupposeeachmoteofdustaccumulatedineachofthoseeonswereitselfaneon.ThetimeelapsedsinceEarthSteBodhisattvawascertifiedtothepositionoftheTenthGroundisathoustimeslongerthanthatintheaboveanalogy.Even

12、longerwasthetimehedwelledonthelevelsofSoundHearerPratyekabuddha.ManjushritheawesomespiritualstrengthvowsofthisBodhisattvaareinconceivable.IfgoodmenwomeninthefuturehearthisBodhisattvasnamepraisehimbeholdbowtohimcallhisnam

13、emakeofferingstohimiftheydrawcarvecastsculptmakelaqueredimagesofhimsuchpeoplewillberebnintheHeavenoftheThirtyThreeonehundredtimeswillneverfallintotheevilpaths.“ManjushriindescribablymanyeonsagoduringthetimeofaBuddhanamed

14、LionSprintCompleteintheTenThousPracticesThusComeOneEarthSteBodhisattvaMahasattvawasthesonofagreatelder.Thatelder’ssonuponobservingtheBuddha’shallmarksfinefeatureshowthethousblessingsadnedhimaskedthatBuddhawhatpracticesvo

15、wsledtohisgainingsuchanappearance.LionSprintCompleteintheTenThousPracticesThusComeOnethensaidtotheeldersson‘Ifyouwishtohaveabodylikethisyoumustfirstspendalongtimeliberatingbeingswhoareundergoingsuffering.’“Manjushrithatc

16、ommentcausedtheelder’ssontomakeavow.‘FromnowuntiltheendsoffuturetimethroughoutuncountableeonsIwilluseexpansiveexpedientdevicestohelpbeingsinthesixpathswhoaresufferingftheiroffenses.OnlywhentheyhaveallbeenliberatedwillImy

17、selfbecomeaBuddha.’FromthetimehemadethatgreatvowinthepresenceofthatBuddhauntilnowhundredsofthoussofnayutasofinexpressiblymanyeonshavepassedstillheisaBodhisattva.“AnothertimeinconceivableasamkhyeyaeonsagotherewasaBuddhana

18、medEnlightenmentFlowerSamadhiSelfMasteryKingThusComeOne.ThatBuddhaslifespanwasfourhundredbillionasamkhyeyaeons.DuringhisDharmaImageAgetherelivedaBrahmanwomanendowedwithampleblessingsfrompreviousliveswhowasrespectedbyever

19、yone.Whethershewaswalkingstingsittinglyingdowngodssurroundedprotectedher.HermotherhoweverembracedadeviantfaithoftenslightedtheTripleJewel.“Herwthydaughtermadeuseofmanyexpedientsintryingtoconvincehermothertoholdrightviews
