3、the Cynomorium songarium Rupr. and the chemical constituents there in contributable to anticancer activity. Methods：The inhibitory effects of these extraction parts towards Caco-2 cells were measured by MTT assay. The ch

4、emical compositions in the chloroform and ethyl acetate extraction parts were separated by column chromatography. Results: the IC50 values of the chloroform and the ethyl acetate extraction parts are 88.5 μg/ml and 179.3

5、 μg/ml respectivly; 6 componds such as （+）-catechin( ), choerospondin( ), gallic acid( ), β Ⅰ Ⅱ Ⅲ -Sitostero( ), ursoli Ⅳ c acid( ), Ⅴβ-Sitosterol-3-O-β-glucoside( ) were isolated from the chloroform and the ethyl acet

6、ate Ⅵextraction parts and their chemical structures were characterized by 1H-NMR and TLC ( compared with the related reference substances). The content determined by using HPLC method for gallic acid and（+）-catechin wer

7、e respectively 19.2% and 4%. Conclusion : Our results suggested that the extraction parts of Cynomorium songarium Rupr.have can inhibit Caco-2 cells, this research explained preliminarily that the Cynomorium songarium Ru
