1、論文題目：煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項目風(fēng)險管理研究專 業(yè)：工商管理碩士碩 士 生：潘羿天 （簽名）指導(dǎo)導(dǎo)師：李文琴 （簽名）摘 要我國是一個煤炭儲藏量豐富的國家，改革開放以來，在我國經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長和煤炭需求持續(xù)增加的帶動下，我國煤炭工業(yè)發(fā)展迅速。經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速增長和煤炭需求的持續(xù)增加推動了煤炭企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展，但煤炭企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中仍存在較多的不確定性，面臨來自企業(yè)內(nèi)外部的各種風(fēng)險，因此，煤炭企業(yè)為實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展目標(biāo)必須進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展，在轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中向其他方向

2、延伸。長期以來，我國的煤炭企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型建設(shè)中缺乏必要的風(fēng)險管理已帶來很多現(xiàn)實(shí)問題， 不僅表現(xiàn)在資源的嚴(yán)重浪費(fèi)， 有的已經(jīng)造成巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失，甚至給人民生命財產(chǎn)帶來危害，進(jìn)行煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項目的風(fēng)險管理就顯得尤為重要。本文總體結(jié)構(gòu)分為七大部分。在第一章緒論里，主要對本文的選題背景和研究意義進(jìn)行了介紹，詳細(xì)闡述了國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀，并對本文的研究內(nèi)容和研究思路進(jìn)行了說明。第二章為理論綜述。主要介紹了風(fēng)險的基本理論，對風(fēng)險的概念和特征進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述；

3、介紹了風(fēng)險管理的起源和定義，對風(fēng)險管理的目標(biāo)和職能進(jìn)行了探討；介紹了項目風(fēng)險管理的基本理論，著重介紹了其概念和特征、風(fēng)險管理流程等。第三章為煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項目風(fēng)險因素識別與分析。主要對煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項目的風(fēng)險特征、風(fēng)險點(diǎn)和風(fēng)險因素識別等進(jìn)行了介紹，并設(shè)計了一份項目風(fēng)險因素調(diào)查表。第四章為煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項目風(fēng)險評價模型。主要探討了風(fēng)險評價方法的選擇和風(fēng)險因素權(quán)重的確定，并對模糊綜合評價模型進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。第五章為煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸項目風(fēng)險防控策略與措
