簡介:對外經濟貿易大學碩士學位論文現代租賃在航空公司飛機融資中的應用與發(fā)展姓名王婷申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)金融學指導教師蔣先玲200241經營租賃在時間效益、財務效果、生產經營靈活性等方面體現出較大優(yōu)勢。對于融資租賃,以計算租會現值與租機利率現值對其進行經濟評價,再從經濟性原則、、安全性原則、可靠性原則、靈活性原則等方面對其進行綜合評價。戶Y一/第三章分析了美國及日本杠桿租賃的具體結構,從實踐的角度說明了融資租/賃在航空公司的應用及其特點,并指出對我國飛機租賃業(yè)的啟示。R從美國、日本\杠桿租賃的交易結構及參與人獲得的好處透視租賃融資的優(yōu)勢,同時指出,參與飛機租賃的公司多為實力雄厚的大型金融機構或專業(yè)型的飛機租賃公司,這些公司往往有能力通過全球資源的調配能力來支持其業(yè)務,其次,稅收等政策對飛機、租賃業(yè)的興衰起到非常重要的作用。卜廠一/第四章分析了飛機租賃在我國租賃市場的應用狀況和存在的問題,提出可充分利用飛機租賃優(yōu)勢發(fā)展我國民用航空業(yè)的思路,并在文章最后,就我國飛機租賃業(yè)存在的問題提出幾點政策建議。廠F本文認為,飛機租賃在我國發(fā)展勢態(tài)良好,在民航企業(yè)的機隊中發(fā)揮著越來I越重要的作用,但仍在融資途徑、外匯政策、立法工作及國內租賃業(yè)等方面存在一些問題,認為境外融資加重了國內航空公司的外債負擔,100%來源于境外的融資使國內航空公司完全以外匯支付租金,無形中增加了外債負擔。此外,在飛機租賃領域中,我國外匯儲備未得到充分利用,雖然我國外匯儲備居高不下,卻因政策等原因,造成國內航空公司大量從國外借貸外匯、國內銀行外匯卻貸不出去的局面。并且,有關立法工作有待加強。我國目前仍缺乏具體詳細的實施細則來解釋、規(guī)范租賃業(yè)務的運作和實施。最后指出,我國國內飛機租賃業(yè)務尚屬起步階段,幾乎屬于空白。結合我國目前民用航空業(yè)的現狀,提出可以充分利用飛機租賃優(yōu)勢發(fā)展我國民用航空業(yè)的思路,認為可以利用飛機在財務方面的靈活性輔助航空公司尋求資金突破口,解決購置資金不足問題,靈活經營策略,開拓融資渠道。其次,利用飛機租賃生產經營的靈活性調整國內航空公司機隊結構的不合理,改變國內寬體機比例過高、飛機利用率低下、成本高且不合理等問題,認為選擇飛機租賃是一種經濟靈活的改變機隊結構的有效手段。在我國支線航空問題上,由于支線航空經營成本高,在起步階段完全靠其創(chuàng)利并實現自我發(fā)展比較困難,建議積極的利用租賃這個平臺促進支線航空的發(fā)展,形成航線網絡。有利于我國航空公司分享
