簡介:隨著我國經(jīng)濟建設(shè)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,航空客運市場發(fā)展越來越快,航空市場的競爭亦日趨激烈。國內(nèi)航空公司開始引進收益管理系統(tǒng),采用超售來提高收益。本文主要研究航空公司的客運超售策略,主要內(nèi)容如下一、概述了收益管理的產(chǎn)生過程和發(fā)展階段,闡述了它的應用條件、研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,并從國內(nèi)外的研究成果總結(jié)分析了超售的研究進展。二、剖析了航空公司實施超售的原因、利弊及影響因素,并在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了超售的數(shù)學模型。針對單航班航線,分別以航班收益最大和超售成本最小為目標函數(shù),建立了基于報童問題和考慮旅客成行率的超售模型;針對多航班航線,考慮DB旅客對后續(xù)航班的影響,以航線總超售成本最小為目標函數(shù),分別建立了相同超售量和不同超售量下的數(shù)學模型。進一步對所建模型分別提出了切實可行的求解方法,并用實例驗證了模型的正確性和算法的有效性。三、分析了超售航班服務(wù)失誤的原因、旅客抱怨的種類,闡述了實施服務(wù)補救的原則,并在此基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合航空公司的實際操作給出了超售航班服務(wù)補救的流程。
