簡介:隨著國外航空樞紐機場的成熟運營和進一步發(fā)展,特別是我國周邊國家樞紐機場的迅速崛起,對我國航空事業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了重大影響。首先,大部分外國航空公司挾中樞與聯(lián)盟之威,在中國始發(fā)、到達國際航線上,都占有絕對的優(yōu)勢與份額。其次,環(huán)顧中國大陸四周,依次有日本東京成田、大阪關(guān)西、漢城仁川、中國香港、新加坡、泰國曼谷6大客貨混合樞紐和馬尼拉貨運樞紐。有些機場開始分流中國內(nèi)地的國際客貨資源,對中國的航空公司和機場,構(gòu)成相當嚴峻的威脅,已經(jīng)初步形成阻礙中國民航發(fā)展的環(huán)形屏障。面對挑戰(zhàn),中國民航必須正視現(xiàn)實,并加快建設(shè)航空樞紐的步伐。否則,就有可能坐失世界民航格局調(diào)整所帶來的戰(zhàn)略機遇期,在未來的世界航空運輸格局中退至“國際支線”的地步。首都國際機場作為我國民航機場的一面旗幟,在國內(nèi)樞紐機場的建設(shè)中具有不可替代的作用和戰(zhàn)略優(yōu)勢。在此背景下,本文對首都國際機場航空樞紐建設(shè)的國際環(huán)境條件、內(nèi)部缺失、戰(zhàn)略機遇和綜合挑戰(zhàn)等進行了認真研究和分析論證,并提出了有針對性的實施策略和建議,對首都國際機場的中樞建設(shè)有著重要的意義。本論文主要由五部分組成,分別是第一章,關(guān)于樞紐的概念和樞紐機場;第二章,國內(nèi)外樞紐機場發(fā)展歷程與現(xiàn)狀;第三章,國內(nèi)樞紐機場建設(shè)的思路與規(guī)劃布局;第四章,首都國際機場航空樞紐建設(shè)面臨的機遇與挑戰(zhàn);第五章,首都國際機場航空樞紐建設(shè)的對策與建議。本文提出的對策與建議比較符合國內(nèi)機場的實際情況,具有可操作性,對指導國內(nèi)樞紐機場的建設(shè)特別是首都國際機場的樞紐建設(shè)具有實用價值。

簡介:西南交通大學博士學位論文航空聯(lián)盟形成機理及協(xié)調(diào)管理中若干問題研究姓名文軍申請學位級別博士專業(yè)交通運輸規(guī)劃與管理指導教師杜文20080701第1I頁西南交通大學博士研究生學位論文比較新穎的算法,首先根據(jù)AHP方法確定模糊評價矩陣和權(quán)重向量,并針對航空聯(lián)盟的敏捷性要求和特定的市場需求,提出了評價指標兩兩間的比較標度的修正方法,然后通過模糊運算對目標函數(shù)進行排序,實現(xiàn)對合作伙伴的最優(yōu)選擇。最后以實例表明本算法能有效的支持伙伴選擇。4航空公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟收益分配機制研究收益分配是戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟中關(guān)鍵而又矛盾最突出的一個問題,它對合作關(guān)系的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展起決定作用。首先討論了航空聯(lián)盟收益分配機制的分配原則,在此基礎(chǔ)上,運用合作博弈理論,建立了可轉(zhuǎn)移支付的航空聯(lián)盟合作博弈模型,并應(yīng)用合作博弈中關(guān)于核心和核非空性等概念,研究了設(shè)計航空聯(lián)盟收益分配機制的條件和約束,并重點討論了其中的SHAPELY值法、NASH談判模型法、核心法和MCRS法。最后,針對不同分配方法得到的結(jié)果不一致的情況,首次將熵權(quán)法的思想引入航空聯(lián)盟收益分配協(xié)商問題中,利用熵權(quán)法求得各種分配方法的權(quán)重,再對各種分配方法得到的結(jié)果進行加權(quán)平均,即可將不同分配方法得到的結(jié)果折衷為相對合理的收益分配方案,解決了不同分配方法結(jié)果不一致的問題。5航空公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟激勵契約機制研究航空聯(lián)盟的激勵契約機制設(shè)計是航空聯(lián)盟協(xié)調(diào)管理的重要手段,針對不同的環(huán)境,設(shè)計合適的激勵契約將極大地提高航空聯(lián)盟的協(xié)作水平。在總結(jié)了委托代理理論的基本分析框架基礎(chǔ)上,建立了基于代碼共享的航空聯(lián)盟委托代理模型,然后針對信息對稱和信息不對稱情況下,分析了這兩種激勵方式對盟員航空公司協(xié)作行為的影響,進而通過引入內(nèi)部監(jiān)控信號和外部觀測變量,達到了激勵機制與監(jiān)控機制相結(jié)合的方式來解決信息不對稱所出現(xiàn)的道德JXL險問題。為航空聯(lián)盟組織提高聯(lián)盟合作效率,制定激勵契約機制提供了一種參考方法。6航空公司戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的風險管理針對航空聯(lián)盟組建、運營管理過程中的風險問題,論述了風險分析和風險管理的基本步驟以及各個階段應(yīng)用的主要方法;然后分析了航空聯(lián)盟風險的含義和特性,并對航空聯(lián)盟風險產(chǎn)生的誘因進行了識別和分類研究;其次考慮航空聯(lián)盟風險因素和評價專家的灰色性影響,建立了航空聯(lián)盟風險評價的指標體系,提出了基于多層次灰色的航空聯(lián)盟風險評價方法,利用AHP建立

簡介:復旦大學碩士學位論文成立中部航空公司的可行性分析姓名馬學民申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導教師陳穎杰20071028052025226馬學民成立中部航空公司的可行性分析摘要隨著中國尤其是河南省經(jīng)濟的快速增長,人們對航空運輸?shù)男枨笠膊粩喔咚僭鲩L。鄭州機場,作為河南民航業(yè)的龍頭企業(yè),遇到了新的發(fā)展機遇和空前的挑戰(zhàn),為在與武漢機場的競爭中獲得戰(zhàn)略主動,急需成立一家依托鄭州機場為基地運營的航空公司。中部航空公司的籌建工作就是在這樣的背景條件下展開的。隨著中國民航體制改革,航空運輸市場的競爭日趨激烈,低成本的運營模式和優(yōu)質(zhì)商效的服務(wù)成為各航空公司追逐的方向。為了降低運營成本和提供超值的服務(wù)以迎接市場競爭,中部航空公司必須大幅度壓縮管理和銷售費用,降低運營成本,同時提高運營效率和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。本文的目的就是從財務(wù)角度對中部航空公司組建的可行性進行研究,并提出相應(yīng)的解決方案和措施。本文借鑒了低成本航空公司鼻祖美國西南航空公司、目前低成本模式的新貴美國捷藍航空公司、歐洲瑞安航空公司和馬來西亞亞洲航空公司的成功經(jīng)驗。他們共同的經(jīng)驗可以總結(jié)為“兩高、兩低、兩單和兩減”,“兩高”是高客座率和高飛機利用率,“兩低”是低管理成本和低銷售費用,“兩單”是單一機型和單一艙位,“兩減”是減少可控費用和減少不可控費用。通過對低成本航空公司的運營模式和中國特別是河南航空市場進行分析,本文認為在地方政府和鄭州機場公司的大力支持下,中部航空采用低成本模式,有利于運營的成功。航空運輸業(yè)與國家經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的相關(guān)性較強,因此本文首先對中部航空公司組建的國家宏觀環(huán)境和行業(yè)態(tài)勢進行了分析,然后使用SWOT模型對中部航空公司所具有的優(yōu)劣勢和發(fā)展中的機遇和挑戰(zhàn)進行了研究,從而確定了中部航空公司的市場定位和發(fā)展目標與規(guī)劃,并對中部航空公司的運營模式進行了介紹。然后對中部航空公司運營中可能的風險進行了分析,并給出了相關(guān)的規(guī)避辦法。完成以上分析后,進入到本文的核心和難點中部航空公司未來五年的現(xiàn)金流量分析、資本成本的估計和使用相關(guān)模型進行資本預算決策,并最終得出結(jié)論。另外,本文還對影響中部航空公司成功的關(guān)鍵因素進行了闡述。總之,本文從中部航空公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和運營模式入手,對經(jīng)營的財務(wù)結(jié)果進行了預測。機場攜手政府從而實現(xiàn)低成本運營等內(nèi)容對中部航空公司以及國內(nèi)其他航空公司的籌備和運營實踐具有指導性意義。關(guān)鍵詞中部航空公司航空樞紐可行性分析
