簡介:作為汽車傳動系統(tǒng)中降低轉(zhuǎn)速、增加扭矩的關(guān)鍵部件,汽車主減速器質(zhì)量的好壞對整個傳動系統(tǒng)的工作性能有重要影響。準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪是汽車主減速器的核心部件,其在嚙合過程中所產(chǎn)生的接觸印痕,是主減速器質(zhì)量的直觀反映。接觸印痕的位置、大小和形狀,是評價主減速器質(zhì)量的主要性能指標(biāo)。傳統(tǒng)的人工目測檢測方式易受主觀因素的影響,而機(jī)器視覺正在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域取得越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。本文的研究重點就是采用數(shù)字圖像處理技術(shù),對齒輪嚙合印痕圖像進(jìn)行特征提取。文章主要從以下幾個方面進(jìn)行了研究首先,對準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪嚙合印痕圖像進(jìn)行了增強(qiáng)處理。在對印痕圖像進(jìn)行灰度化處理的基礎(chǔ)上,分別采用基于直方圖均衡化、基于圖像內(nèi)容和基于線性灰度變換這三種方式對印痕圖像進(jìn)行增強(qiáng)處理,均取得了良好的增強(qiáng)效果。其次,對準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪嚙合印痕圖像進(jìn)行了邊緣提取處理。文章分別采用基于微分算子、基于線性濾波和基于小波變換的邊緣提取方式對增強(qiáng)后的印痕圖像進(jìn)行邊緣提取處理,并對提取結(jié)果進(jìn)行了對比。基于微分算子的邊緣提取分析中,重點論述了ROBERTS算子、SOBEL算子和PREWITT算子的邊緣檢測原理;基于線性濾波的邊緣提取分析中,著重介紹了應(yīng)用最廣泛的CANNY算子和LOG算子;基于小波變換的邊緣檢測方式則重點闡述了小波的邊緣檢測原理,并采用常用的幾種小波函數(shù)對印痕圖像進(jìn)行了邊緣提取處理。最后,對準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪嚙合印痕圖像進(jìn)行了特征參數(shù)提取和分析。采用形態(tài)學(xué)理論對提取的印痕邊緣圖像作進(jìn)一步處理,得到完整的印痕及齒廓邊緣;計算得到基于印痕圖像的特征參數(shù),并建立起基于LABVIEW的準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪嚙合印痕圖像邊緣提取系統(tǒng)。

簡介:主減速器作為汽車驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵部件,它的質(zhì)量直接影響著整個驅(qū)動系統(tǒng)的性能。主減速器的質(zhì)量主要受齒輪副嚙合性能的影響,可以通過齒輪副的齒面接觸印痕直觀的反映出來。因此,齒面接觸印痕的位置、形狀和大小等特征一直是主減速器質(zhì)量評價的重要指標(biāo)。傳統(tǒng)的齒面接觸印痕檢測方法以人工目測為主,主觀性強(qiáng)、精度不高、效率較低。針對人工目測法的不足,本文采用了一種基于機(jī)器視覺和圖像處理的主減速器齒面印痕檢測方法來實現(xiàn)自動評價。論文首先從理論上分析了齒面接觸印痕的產(chǎn)生機(jī)理及其常見的影響因素;然后詳細(xì)介紹了敏感權(quán)重算法、單通道濾色算法、強(qiáng)度算法和自適應(yīng)權(quán)重算法等圖像灰度化方法,均值濾波、順序統(tǒng)計濾波和低通濾波等圖像平滑濾波方法,并對實物圖像的處理結(jié)果進(jìn)行了比較;然后對增強(qiáng)后的圖像進(jìn)行了基于灰度的閾值分割和數(shù)學(xué)形態(tài)學(xué)方法處理,得到了反映嚙合特征的印痕區(qū)域,并提取出了印痕區(qū)域的尺寸特征和方位特征,如面積,偏心率,質(zhì)心位置,旋轉(zhuǎn)角等;最后提出了齒面印痕圖像采集系統(tǒng)和圖像處理系統(tǒng)的框架結(jié)構(gòu)。論文基于LABVIEW虛擬儀器開發(fā)平臺,通過調(diào)用MICROVISION機(jī)器視覺產(chǎn)品自帶的動態(tài)鏈接庫和NIIMAQVISION軟件包中的相關(guān)圖像處理函數(shù),并結(jié)合MATLAB編程搭建了基于圖像處理的主減速器齒面印痕檢測系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)涵蓋了印痕圖像采集、圖像增強(qiáng)處理、圖像分割處理、圖像特征提取及質(zhì)量評價等功能模塊。通過比較檢測系統(tǒng)獲得的印痕區(qū)域和人工識別獲得的印痕區(qū)域,驗證了檢測系統(tǒng)的準(zhǔn)確性和高效性。論文所研究的主減速器齒面印痕檢測系統(tǒng)可作為主減速器總成質(zhì)量評價的一個組成部分,其提取的特征參數(shù)能較好的反映主減速器的嚙合狀況,該系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用可以幫助改進(jìn)裝配工藝,且能更好的保障產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,減少下線產(chǎn)品的返修率,提高生產(chǎn)效率,進(jìn)而降低企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)成本。
