簡(jiǎn)介:對(duì)汽車驅(qū)動(dòng)橋主減速器齒輪斷裂情況進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)了這些斷裂大部分與齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)的疲勞破壞有關(guān)。因此,開展對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)橋主減速器錐齒輪結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行疲勞強(qiáng)度分析及其壽命預(yù)估,不但可以對(duì)現(xiàn)行驅(qū)動(dòng)橋主減速器進(jìn)行剩余壽命評(píng)估,而且能夠有效地指導(dǎo)更好的主減速器的開發(fā),具有重要的理論意義和實(shí)用價(jià)值。論文首先對(duì)現(xiàn)有的驅(qū)動(dòng)橋主減速器齒輪疲勞試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析比較,采用交流變頻回饋加載方式,研制出了一種新型的疲勞壽命試驗(yàn)臺(tái),并且制訂該試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的試驗(yàn)規(guī)范,接著對(duì)某型號(hào)的主減速器進(jìn)行疲勞試驗(yàn)得出試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。本文簡(jiǎn)要地介紹了疲勞的理論知識(shí)和分析方法,并結(jié)合主減速器錐齒輪嚙合的自身特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行歸納,提出了對(duì)主減速器錐齒輪進(jìn)行疲勞壽命計(jì)算的具體方法,并且通過(guò)名義應(yīng)力法理論來(lái)計(jì)算錐齒輪疲勞壽命值。以某型號(hào)主減速器錐齒輪為例,先采用PROENGINEER軟件建立主減速器錐齒輪的三維實(shí)體模型,并進(jìn)行嚙合裝配。應(yīng)用MSCPATRAN軟件建立與試驗(yàn)工況相對(duì)應(yīng)的錐齒輪嚙合有限元分析模型。采用MSCMARC求解器對(duì)其進(jìn)行分析計(jì)算,在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用MSCFATIGUE軟件對(duì)其疲勞壽命進(jìn)行了預(yù)估。將仿真的結(jié)果、數(shù)值估算出來(lái)壽命結(jié)果及實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行比較,得出三者的結(jié)果基本吻合,驗(yàn)證了理論分析及有限元仿真分析的正確性,為進(jìn)一步開展實(shí)際工況下主減速器齒輪疲勞壽命預(yù)估提供了理論依據(jù)。最后,對(duì)本實(shí)驗(yàn)中所涉及到得錐齒輪的失效情況進(jìn)行分析,得出錐齒輪失效的原因,并針對(duì)該失效的原因采取了措施來(lái)預(yù)防齒輪過(guò)早的失效。

簡(jiǎn)介:準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪主要包括弧齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪和擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪,擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪與弧齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪相比,具有生產(chǎn)效率高、易于高速干切削、嚙合性能好的特點(diǎn),逐漸在機(jī)械裝備的各個(gè)領(lǐng)域得到越來(lái)越廣泛的應(yīng)用。國(guó)際上奧利康克林貝格公司是以加工擺線齒為主,以加工弧齒為主的格里森公司PHOENIXⅡ機(jī)床也開始加工擺線齒。但我國(guó)引入擺線齒的時(shí)間較晚,無(wú)論是在擺線齒研究還是生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐方面均處于起步階段。本文針對(duì)汽車后橋主減速器擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪在空擋運(yùn)行時(shí)發(fā)出尖嘯聲并伴有嚴(yán)重磨損的現(xiàn)象,以擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪數(shù)控切齒原理為基礎(chǔ)建立了三維齒面模型,由此研究了擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪嚙合動(dòng)態(tài)性能,具體內(nèi)容如下所述。擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪的三維幾何建模。根據(jù)擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪的加工方法和切齒原理,依據(jù)刀具結(jié)構(gòu)、機(jī)床及工件的相對(duì)位置和相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)關(guān)系,建立了切齒嚙合坐標(biāo)系。運(yùn)用切齒嚙合關(guān)系和空間嚙合原理,借助矩陣法推導(dǎo)出理論齒面方程。利用MATLAB軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)值分析求解得到齒面離散點(diǎn)三維坐標(biāo),通過(guò)PROE軟件導(dǎo)入三維坐標(biāo)值建立了擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪三維幾何模型。擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪的動(dòng)態(tài)接觸有限元分析?;跀[線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪幾何建模,借助HYPERMESH軟件進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分,通過(guò)ABAQUS軟件進(jìn)行非線性有限元接觸分析,獲得了擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪在正車、倒車、空擋后退、空擋前行四種驅(qū)動(dòng)狀況下的接觸特征參量變化規(guī)律。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了四種驅(qū)動(dòng)狀況下齒面損傷的特點(diǎn)。擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪的振動(dòng)特性及噪聲分析。對(duì)擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪進(jìn)行模態(tài)分析,得到了其固有頻率。借助ADAMS軟件對(duì)其進(jìn)行多體動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真分析,得到了上述四種工況下齒輪的傳動(dòng)誤差、角加速度的時(shí)域和頻域圖,以及正車和倒車在不同阻力負(fù)載和轉(zhuǎn)速下,角加速度、加速度大小和噪聲強(qiáng)弱的變化情況。擺線齒準(zhǔn)雙曲面齒輪嚙合特性試驗(yàn)研究。通過(guò)試驗(yàn)研究得到了大輪Y方向的振動(dòng)加速度及其對(duì)應(yīng)的頻譜圖,并與理論分析結(jié)果比較。
