簡介:信息化的時代,串行設計方法作為傳統(tǒng)的新產品設計方法已經不能滿足企業(yè)快速發(fā)展的需要。文章引入工業(yè)工程方法中的并行工程原理,在計算機的基礎上應用PLM技術,實施并行設計的管理方法。并行工程是對產品及其相關過程進行并行、一體化設計的一種系統(tǒng)化的工作模式。文章介紹了并行工程的產生、定義和方法,應用并行工程原理對工作流程進行了優(yōu)化,并對項目的組織結構進行了重組。PDMPRODUCTDATAMANAGEMENT是一項新的管理思想和技術,可以定義為以軟件技術為基礎、以產品為核心,實現對產品相關的數據、過程、資源一體化集成管理的技術,是依托IT技術實現企業(yè)最優(yōu)化管理的有效方法,是科學的管理框架與企業(yè)現實問題相結合的產物。本文闡述了產品數據管理PDM和基于PDM的產品生命周期管理PLMPRODUCTLIFECYCLEMANAGEMENT的概念、體系結構,論述了并行工程與PDM的關系,提出了支持并行開發(fā)的TIPLM的功能結構,應用TIPLM對并行工程的實現提出集成框架,在并行工程設計環(huán)境下對企業(yè)模型的需求與模型定制進行研究。文章進一步舉例介紹了新產品的功能,應用項目分解的方法對新產品設計過程進行了分解,組建項目的開發(fā)團隊,構造新產品的結構信息樹模型,確定工作流和信息流,應用此研究成果對產品開發(fā)進行管理。

簡介:第一部分,本文提出了一種基于QFD與TRIZ三種技術工具綜合的產品概念設計方法。通過QFD的質量屋分析確定需要改善的零部件;在對零部件進行負相關分析的基礎上,應用TRIZ技術工具提出解決一對質量特性負相關的方案;然后通過多次循環(huán)的QFD分析與TRIZ技術工具應用以預測可能產生的二層問題并降低其負面影響,進而形成有效的產品概念設計方案。第二部分,文章研究了基于TRIZ技術工具解耦的產品設計方法。該方法以AD的產品設計過程中某個設計層次為分析基礎,通過TRIZ技術預測確定產品的技術演化模式和演化路線,應用物質場分析和功能分析確定產品設計參數,通過矛盾分析解決產品設計中的耦合設計問題,并通過獨立性公理評價設計的可行性;并通過研究實例驗證了方法的有效性。第三部分,研究了基于FAFUNCTIONANALYSIS,功能分析與TRIZ軟件工具的產品改善方法。通過功能分析形成產品的功能樹和零部件樹,在質量屋分析的基礎上確定待改善的零部件集并通過判定規(guī)則選擇需要改善的零部件,然后應用TRIZ軟件工具從減輕質量特性負相關、物質場、效應知識庫三方面對零部件進行分析,輔助設計者產生零部件技術創(chuàng)新概念,通過多次循環(huán)以有效的形成產品改善方案。最后對全文進行了總結,并指出了一些有待于進一步研究的問題和方向。

簡介:上海交通大學碩士學位論文高新技術產品營銷渠道設計姓名戎崢申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導教師胡巍20050612方法為使本文更具針對性在這一章中還對研究的范圍進行了限定第二章對高新技術產品和營銷渠道的基本理論進行了概述闡述了高新技術產品的特點并著重對高新技術產品營銷渠道中的環(huán)境因素渠道參與者以及行為過程進行了分析為第三章的進一步研究提供了理論指導第三章采用定性與對比相結合的方法對高新技術產品營銷渠道設計的特點進行了分析并為高新技術產品渠道設計制定出一套系統(tǒng)科學的方法和流程第四章利用第三章的研究結果對熊貓手機營銷渠道設計的全過程進行了實證分析增強了該方法的可操作性第五章對全文的研究結果進行了總結并為高新技術企業(yè)的渠道設計決策提出了相關建議本文的研究意義在于文章結合高新技術產品的特點及具體的環(huán)境對高新技術產品的營銷渠道設計進行研究總結出一套科學系統(tǒng)的高新技術產品營銷渠道設計的方法并通過實證研究證明了該方法的可操作性為高新技術企業(yè)進行渠道決策提供了理論依據希望本文的研究結果對高新技術企業(yè)特別是正處于快速發(fā)展中的國內高新技術企業(yè)在渠道設計方面能夠有所啟示關鍵詞高新技術產品營銷渠道設計
