簡(jiǎn)介:隨著國(guó)家對(duì)電信格局的重新劃分和定位,電信市場(chǎng)迎來(lái)了前所未有的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,尤其是移動(dòng)通信市場(chǎng),客戶規(guī)模呈現(xiàn)雪崩效應(yīng)。為了給不斷擴(kuò)大的客戶群提供強(qiáng)有力的網(wǎng)絡(luò)支撐,近幾年通信工程的建設(shè)亦是如火如茶地進(jìn)行,在早期所不被關(guān)注的通信工程項(xiàng)目的管理問(wèn)題日益凸現(xiàn)。通信工程是一種科技含量高的知識(shí)密集型工程。由于信息技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速,新技術(shù)、新工藝、新產(chǎn)品不斷涌現(xiàn),通信工程項(xiàng)目具有很強(qiáng)的針對(duì)性和時(shí)效性,因而,在以往的通信工程項(xiàng)目中,大都用傳統(tǒng)的甘特圖作為進(jìn)度控制的主要手段。然而,通信工程項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)需求復(fù)雜、環(huán)境多變、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大和多種因素制約的復(fù)雜過(guò)程,僅僅通過(guò)進(jìn)度控制難以實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目資源的優(yōu)化控制,達(dá)到降低成本的目的。網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)是國(guó)外廣泛采用的實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)度和資源優(yōu)化的現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理技術(shù),近年來(lái),該方法已在國(guó)內(nèi)其他行業(yè)的項(xiàng)目管理中得到了應(yīng)用。然而,在通信工程項(xiàng)目的管理中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)還未得到引進(jìn)和應(yīng)用。本文在分析通信工程特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)地研究了網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)在通信工程項(xiàng)目中的應(yīng)用方法。首先介紹了通信工程進(jìn)度控制的方法,重點(diǎn)探討了通信工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的編制和實(shí)施方法,包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)的原理以及網(wǎng)絡(luò)圖的繪制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)時(shí)間的計(jì)算、關(guān)鍵路線的確定。其次,通過(guò)時(shí)間資源優(yōu)化、時(shí)間成本優(yōu)化方法提供了通信工程項(xiàng)目的網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化方法,并表明了優(yōu)化過(guò)程中應(yīng)注意的問(wèn)題。進(jìn)而,通過(guò)某移動(dòng)通信公司移動(dòng)基站的建設(shè)項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)踐,重點(diǎn)分析網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)在具體應(yīng)用中的問(wèn)題及實(shí)施方法,并給出了應(yīng)用效果分析。最后,分析了在通信工程項(xiàng)目中實(shí)施網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)存在的問(wèn)題,并提出了解決問(wèn)題的措施和網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)軟件的應(yīng)用。本文的顯著特點(diǎn)主要表現(xiàn)在將網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)有效地引入了通信工程項(xiàng)目中,尤其是結(jié)合應(yīng)用關(guān)鍵路線法和計(jì)劃評(píng)審技術(shù),同時(shí)研究了通信工程項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)度控制方法和時(shí)間、資源、成本優(yōu)化問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)行了效果分析。本文的研究結(jié)果不僅為通信工程項(xiàng)目應(yīng)用網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)提供了可操作的方法和技術(shù),而且為其他行業(yè)推廣網(wǎng)絡(luò)計(jì)劃技術(shù)提供了技術(shù)支持和借鑒。

簡(jiǎn)介:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和INTER技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,企業(yè)間的交流與合作變得更加頻繁、緊密,供應(yīng)鏈這種經(jīng)營(yíng)模式被越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)所接受。這就需要企業(yè)突破自身限制,將本企業(yè)中的信息共享出來(lái),與其他企業(yè)協(xié)同合作,充分發(fā)揮各自的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,共同開(kāi)拓國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。但是,由于各企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)和功能不同,以及企業(yè)信息化水平存在差異等原因,各企業(yè)之間很難實(shí)現(xiàn)信息共享、信息交換和信息的一致性,從而形成了一個(gè)個(gè)“信息孤島”。因此如何提供一種有效機(jī)制,將供應(yīng)鏈上的異構(gòu)企業(yè)信息集成在一起,解決供應(yīng)鏈上各企業(yè)間信息系統(tǒng)的語(yǔ)言差異、平臺(tái)差異、協(xié)議差異和數(shù)據(jù)差異,是目前急需解決的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈信息集成理論進(jìn)行了充分地探討和研究,并提出了一個(gè)基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介的汽車行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈信息集成的架構(gòu)。主要內(nèi)容包括1討論了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介的供應(yīng)鏈信息集成的理論和方法。在對(duì)供應(yīng)鏈理論和供應(yīng)鏈管理理論進(jìn)行了探討之后,提出了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介的供應(yīng)鏈管理模式,為構(gòu)建基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介的供應(yīng)鏈信息集成系統(tǒng)做好了理論準(zhǔn)備。2論述了J2EE平臺(tái)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)及其優(yōu)勢(shì),研究了WEBSERVICE相關(guān)技術(shù),闡述了基于J2EE的WEBSERVICE,為構(gòu)建基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介的供應(yīng)鏈信息集成系統(tǒng)做好了技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備。3對(duì)汽車行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行了分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上確定了網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介在汽車行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈中的定位,為構(gòu)建基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介的供應(yīng)鏈信息集成系統(tǒng)做好了行業(yè)準(zhǔn)備。4在J2EE平臺(tái)下,開(kāi)發(fā)了基于網(wǎng)絡(luò)中介的汽車行業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈信息集成系統(tǒng),完成了系統(tǒng)界面的設(shè)計(jì)以及功能模塊的開(kāi)發(fā)等工作。

簡(jiǎn)介:摘要論文題目網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)與技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中核心企業(yè)知識(shí)獲取間關(guān)系研究學(xué)科專業(yè)技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)及管理研究生湯喜建學(xué)生簽名指導(dǎo)教師黨興華教授導(dǎo)師簽名摘要2L世紀(jì)以來(lái),隨著信息技術(shù)革命的推動(dòng)和全球市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,企業(yè)正迫切尋找有效的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新方法。技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)出現(xiàn),為企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新提供了更加有利的外部環(huán)境,企業(yè)越來(lái)越依賴網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)來(lái)達(dá)到技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的完成。由于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)各個(gè)企業(yè)結(jié)點(diǎn)所處的網(wǎng)絡(luò)地位不同,所占有的知識(shí)資源的不均勻,必然會(huì)導(dǎo)致一部分企業(yè)成長(zhǎng)速度快于其他企業(yè),成為該網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)的核心企業(yè)。核心企業(yè)的形成將極大的刺激網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)知識(shí)、技術(shù)的流動(dòng),大大提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平。然而,在當(dāng)前,關(guān)于技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中核心企業(yè)形成的問(wèn)題,特別是核心企業(yè)是如何利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)關(guān)系,獲取外部知識(shí)資源問(wèn)題還大大欠缺。鑒于核心企業(yè)在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的重要性,本文從網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)視角出發(fā),通過(guò)引入網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)的強(qiáng)度聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度、網(wǎng)絡(luò)聯(lián)結(jié)的信任度信任度及知識(shí)基差異變量,把這三者與核心企業(yè)知識(shí)獲取納入到共同的研究框架,主要目的在于探求影響核心企業(yè)知識(shí)獲取實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵要素及要素間的相互關(guān)系。本文首先對(duì)相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)綜述,提煉出了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)核心企業(yè)、知識(shí)基差異、聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度、信任度、知識(shí)獲取間關(guān)系的研究框架,提出研究假設(shè),并設(shè)計(jì)了研究所涉及的各個(gè)因素的測(cè)量指標(biāo)和調(diào)查問(wèn)卷,利用調(diào)查獲得數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)本文提出的模型及假設(shè)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,本文提出的模型總體上都得到了驗(yàn)證。本文所作的創(chuàng)新意義工作與研究結(jié)論如下第一,對(duì)核心企業(yè)形成進(jìn)行了合理的解析。站在知識(shí)觀的視角,引入知識(shí)基的概念,更好的把握了核心企業(yè)與其他企業(yè)的本質(zhì)差別,能更準(zhǔn)確的理解核心企業(yè)知識(shí)獲取問(wèn)題。第二,發(fā)現(xiàn)與驗(yàn)證了知識(shí)基差異與核心企業(yè)知識(shí)獲取間存在倒U型關(guān)系。充實(shí)了目前關(guān)于知識(shí)轉(zhuǎn)移或獲取方面的理論研究,即核心企業(yè)與合作伙伴知識(shí)基差異適度時(shí)將最有利于知識(shí)獲取。第三,深入研究了聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度與知識(shí)獲取間悖論,提出與驗(yàn)證了聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度與知識(shí)獲取間存在倒U型關(guān)系,這在一定程度上解釋了這個(gè)悖論。結(jié)合不同程度聯(lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度的優(yōu)劣勢(shì),提出核心企業(yè)應(yīng)根據(jù)合作企業(yè)間知識(shí)基差異度來(lái)選擇適當(dāng)?shù)穆?lián)結(jié)強(qiáng)度來(lái)達(dá)到高效率知識(shí)獲取。第四,驗(yàn)證了信任度與核心企業(yè)知識(shí)獲取間存在正相關(guān)關(guān)系。這給現(xiàn)實(shí)企業(yè)管理者如

簡(jiǎn)介:華東師范大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文對(duì)等網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的信任感知和可信協(xié)同商務(wù)洽談關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究姓名江紅申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)系統(tǒng)分析與集成指導(dǎo)教師顧君忠20071001華東師范大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文對(duì)等網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的信任感知和可信協(xié)同商務(wù)洽談關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究作交互行為積累數(shù)據(jù)。,基于策略的信任管理機(jī)制與以信任度量為主要研究?jī)?nèi)容的信任度評(píng)估模型相結(jié)合,形成P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下的協(xié)作應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)中一個(gè)更廣義的信任管理概念和能力更強(qiáng)的授權(quán)和信任機(jī)制。因此,本文首先提出了一個(gè)基于IRRP的協(xié)作信任協(xié)商策略。結(jié)合本文所提出的信譽(yù)機(jī)制,引入了I耶口局部可信任第三方機(jī)制,并通過(guò)對(duì)積極策略和削減策略的擴(kuò)展,有效地解決信任協(xié)商循環(huán)依賴策略的問(wèn)題?;赨TP的協(xié)作信任協(xié)商策略是高效且完備的,能夠有效減少信任證交換次數(shù)。降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)開(kāi)銷,并且盡可能地保證協(xié)商的成功率。在基于信譽(yù)的信任管理技術(shù)中,本文重點(diǎn)對(duì)其關(guān)鍵組件信任模型進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)對(duì)目前基于IY2P環(huán)境的信任模型的分析,并針對(duì)現(xiàn)有全局信任模型存在的不足之處,本文結(jié)合網(wǎng)上商務(wù)交易的具體特點(diǎn),提出了一個(gè)基于推薦和激勵(lì)機(jī)制的全局信任模型,將實(shí)體反饋評(píng)分、近期信任度,評(píng)估者信任度、交易價(jià)值以及評(píng)分時(shí)間權(quán)重等均視為影響節(jié)點(diǎn)信任的主要因素,節(jié)點(diǎn)交互過(guò)程中相互進(jìn)行信譽(yù)評(píng)價(jià),最終得到節(jié)點(diǎn)的綜合信任值。通過(guò)理論分析和仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了本文面向商務(wù)交易的綜合信任模型的特性。基于對(duì)商務(wù)洽談活動(dòng)過(guò)程要素及其關(guān)系的分析和對(duì)商務(wù)洽談動(dòng)態(tài)過(guò)程的綜合性分析,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)出商務(wù)洽談具有異步性、并行性、并發(fā)性、不確定性等特征,而PETRI網(wǎng)非常適合對(duì)具有上述特征的信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行動(dòng)態(tài)建模。針對(duì)有色PETRI網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)缺乏對(duì)商務(wù)洽談中某些特征的表現(xiàn)機(jī)制,作者對(duì)有色PCTRI網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展,創(chuàng)造性地提出了面向商務(wù)洽談的有色PETRI網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)BNCPN,并用它作為建模工具,構(gòu)造了傳統(tǒng)商務(wù)洽談活動(dòng)的形式化動(dòng)態(tài)模型O模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合協(xié)同商務(wù)洽談系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用特征,將TCBN系統(tǒng)的體系結(jié)構(gòu)劃分為協(xié)作洽談分析功能子模塊A子模塊、協(xié)作洽談設(shè)計(jì)功能子模塊D子模塊、實(shí)時(shí)協(xié)作洽談功能子模塊N子模塊和協(xié)作洽談評(píng)估功能子模塊E子模塊。在協(xié)作洽談評(píng)估功能子模塊E子模塊中,基于本文所提出的面向商務(wù)交易的綜合信任模型,設(shè)計(jì)了信譽(yù)反饋機(jī)制,通過(guò)對(duì)滿意度、不滿意度,推薦、激勵(lì)等信譽(yù)評(píng)價(jià)信息的記錄和逐漸積累,對(duì)協(xié)作實(shí)體節(jié)點(diǎn)的信譽(yù)評(píng)估度進(jìn)行重新計(jì)算和優(yōu)化,從而為再次的可信商務(wù)協(xié)作交互行為提供更有效和合理的信任機(jī)制。結(jié)合前面章節(jié)對(duì)P2P網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境下信任管理技術(shù)特點(diǎn)的討論,給出了一個(gè)P2PF目絡(luò)環(huán)境下的協(xié)作應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)基于策略的信任與基于信譽(yù)的信任相結(jié)合的信任管理中間件。中間件的接口抽象了信任管理操作的細(xì)節(jié),方便了協(xié)作應(yīng)用進(jìn)行定制擴(kuò)展,通用的服務(wù)提高了協(xié)作應(yīng)用在信任管理中的互操作性。借助該信任管理中間件,節(jié)點(diǎn)可以動(dòng)態(tài)地參與協(xié)作群組、維護(hù)協(xié)作方的信任證、搜集協(xié)作方節(jié)點(diǎn)的信任信息,建立協(xié)作節(jié)點(diǎn)的信任,從而最終實(shí)現(xiàn)信任感知的協(xié)作行為?;谏鲜鲂湃胃兄腡CBN系統(tǒng)形式化模型,結(jié)合本文所提出的協(xié)作系統(tǒng)信任管理中間件,并采用基于組件的實(shí)時(shí)通訊與協(xié)作實(shí)現(xiàn)技術(shù)方案,本文構(gòu)造和實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)支持TCBN一Ⅱ一
