簡(jiǎn)介:I企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)研究STUDYONENTERPRISETECHNOLOGICALINNOVATIONWK姓名王菁王菁學(xué)科專業(yè)學(xué)科專業(yè)企業(yè)管理企業(yè)管理研究方向研究方向現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理指導(dǎo)教師指導(dǎo)教師榮兆梓榮兆梓完成時(shí)間完成時(shí)間20082008年4月I摘要隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的到來和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的加劇,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新日益成為企業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展和謀求競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)的首要選擇。而企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式在經(jīng)歷了從技術(shù)推動(dòng)模式、需求拉動(dòng)模式、耦合模式、一體化模式之后,進(jìn)入20世紀(jì)90年代,企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新從單個(gè)企業(yè)內(nèi)部走向了企業(yè)外部,技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化模式逐步形成,創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為學(xué)術(shù)界研究的一個(gè)熱點(diǎn)。這些研究大體上可以分為從宏觀層面的區(qū)域創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)角度進(jìn)行的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研究,和從微觀層面的企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)角度進(jìn)行的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新研究。本文正是基于后者而進(jìn)行的研究與論述。為了更好地把握企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò),為企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的組織模式提供理論指導(dǎo),本文從現(xiàn)代企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新模式的網(wǎng)絡(luò)特征出發(fā),以網(wǎng)絡(luò)組織理論為指導(dǎo),對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的分析。首先,本文從企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的定義、特征及功能三個(gè)方面論述了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)內(nèi)涵,使我們對(duì)本文所要討論的對(duì)象及其討論的意義有了一個(gè)較為全面的認(rèn)識(shí)。其次本文重點(diǎn)分析了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)行、演化和治理機(jī)制,認(rèn)為企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的運(yùn)行是由環(huán)境掃描子系統(tǒng)、信息傳播子系統(tǒng)、利益評(píng)價(jià)子系統(tǒng)與行為協(xié)調(diào)子系統(tǒng)相互作用、共同驅(qū)動(dòng)的;同時(shí),從企業(yè)生命周期的角度出發(fā)討論了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化,本文認(rèn)為企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)歷著從非正式型創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)、過渡型創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)到穩(wěn)定型創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)、衰退型創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的演化過程;關(guān)于企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的治理機(jī)制,本文認(rèn)為這是企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效運(yùn)行的一個(gè)關(guān)鍵方面。文中指出了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)治理的本質(zhì)及企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)有效運(yùn)行必須解決的三個(gè)問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了正式契約約束與激勵(lì)措施、非正式契約約束與激勵(lì)措施及第三方約束與激勵(lì)措施。通過以上論述,本文對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了一個(gè)較為完整的理論刻畫,完成了本文所要論述的主體。最后,在以上理論論述的基礎(chǔ)上,本文以華為技術(shù)有限公司為例,進(jìn)行了企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的案例分析。在案例分析部分文章先是對(duì)華為技術(shù)有限公司做了一個(gè)基本論述,然后根據(jù)企業(yè)生命周期理論分析了華為技術(shù)有限公司創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)的形成與演化,指出華為技術(shù)有限公司的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)正處于過渡型創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)階段,并向著穩(wěn)定型創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)演化,并從五個(gè)方面對(duì)現(xiàn)階段華為技術(shù)有限公司的創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了描述;接

簡(jiǎn)介:本課題研究是實(shí)驗(yàn)室課題“電腦農(nóng)業(yè)”的一部分,針對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的季節(jié)性,周期性和區(qū)域性的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)的信息采集尤為重要。本文針對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)價(jià)格數(shù)據(jù),采用了基于XML和XPATH的方法,以生成簡(jiǎn)單、精確和健壯性較好的抽取規(guī)則,開發(fā)了可視化網(wǎng)頁信息抽取平臺(tái),使得用戶通過簡(jiǎn)單的輸入、點(diǎn)擊、復(fù)制、粘貼等操作,即可完成同一站點(diǎn)頁面簇中各頁面分量價(jià)格數(shù)據(jù)的自動(dòng)化批量抽取。抽取結(jié)果具有很好的精確性和召回率。該平臺(tái)可以實(shí)時(shí)、自動(dòng)地抽取網(wǎng)絡(luò)上的數(shù)據(jù),并在對(duì)抽取結(jié)果進(jìn)行整理、清洗后存入后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫。然后建立查詢網(wǎng)站,使收集到的數(shù)據(jù)能夠通過網(wǎng)頁的形式展現(xiàn)給用戶。同時(shí)本文采用了基于參照文本和文檔對(duì)象模型DOM相結(jié)合的方法來對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供求信息進(jìn)行抽取,該方法利用基于參照文本抽取的靈活性和DOM樹結(jié)構(gòu)定位的精確性,可以對(duì)網(wǎng)頁結(jié)構(gòu)多變的一類網(wǎng)頁準(zhǔn)確的進(jìn)行信息抽取。同時(shí)結(jié)合GSM和網(wǎng)絡(luò)爬蟲技術(shù),開發(fā)了基于GSM和WEB信息抽取的短信推送服務(wù)平臺(tái),能夠?qū)⒂脩舾信d趣的信息以短信的方式及時(shí)推送給用戶,有效地解決了用戶信息服務(wù)個(gè)性化、信息更新及時(shí)性以及農(nóng)村用戶在獲取農(nóng)產(chǎn)品供求等信息時(shí)對(duì)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的依賴等問題,改變了傳統(tǒng)的依靠搜索引擎獲得信息的服務(wù)模式。

簡(jiǎn)介:水資源作為稀缺資源已不僅僅是資源問題,更成為關(guān)系到國家經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)可持續(xù)發(fā)展和長治久安的重大戰(zhàn)略問題,發(fā)展節(jié)水灌溉技術(shù)是我國現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的必然選擇,而智能農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)又是節(jié)水灌溉中的重要組成部分。與傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)相比,智能農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)具有功能強(qiáng)大、兼容性高、可靠性高且成本低廉等特點(diǎn)。無線傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)應(yīng)用到農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)監(jiān)測(cè)中,既可以解決傳統(tǒng)監(jiān)測(cè)方法實(shí)時(shí)性差、布線冗雜、成本高等問題,又能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)的監(jiān)測(cè),推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)智能化的發(fā)展。本文將從節(jié)點(diǎn)部署和節(jié)點(diǎn)低功耗兩方面,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)內(nèi)的傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行研究。首先,本文對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)節(jié)點(diǎn)部署方法進(jìn)行研究,綜合考慮覆蓋率和所需節(jié)點(diǎn)數(shù)等因素,選擇了正六邊形網(wǎng)格部署方法。由于農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)具有覆蓋范圍廣、農(nóng)作物生長周期長、天氣狀況復(fù)雜等特點(diǎn),結(jié)合節(jié)點(diǎn)部署方法研究成果,分析了灌區(qū)內(nèi)影響網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性的因素。實(shí)際環(huán)境中農(nóng)作物遮擋、灌溉電機(jī)產(chǎn)生的電磁脈沖以及雨天等會(huì)導(dǎo)致節(jié)點(diǎn)丟包率發(fā)生變化,降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性。因此本文基于NS2仿真軟件,從丟包率、延時(shí)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)壽命三個(gè)方面分析了上述影響因素對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性的影響。分析結(jié)果表明農(nóng)作物遮擋對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性影響最大,在進(jìn)行灌區(qū)全覆蓋節(jié)點(diǎn)部署時(shí),選擇合適的節(jié)點(diǎn)擺放高度消除農(nóng)作物的遮擋影響,避免灌溉電機(jī)等電磁脈沖的干擾,同時(shí)通過加大發(fā)射功率或天線增益削弱雨衰等對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性的影響。結(jié)合網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性影響因素分析結(jié)果,對(duì)優(yōu)化后的節(jié)點(diǎn)部署方法進(jìn)行可靠性分析,結(jié)果表明當(dāng)灌區(qū)內(nèi)存在上述可靠性影響因素時(shí),優(yōu)化后的節(jié)點(diǎn)部署方法可以降低這些因素的影響,提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)可靠性,保證網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)測(cè)任務(wù)的完成。此外本文還針對(duì)25M10M的監(jiān)測(cè)區(qū)域提出了具體的節(jié)點(diǎn)部署方案。其次,本文對(duì)節(jié)點(diǎn)低功耗技術(shù)進(jìn)行了研究,在分析現(xiàn)有傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)低功耗技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種基于狀態(tài)機(jī)的節(jié)點(diǎn)低功耗方法。將節(jié)點(diǎn)低功耗方法應(yīng)用到本文設(shè)計(jì)的傳感節(jié)點(diǎn)上,對(duì)本文提出的節(jié)點(diǎn)低功耗方法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,利用該低功耗方法進(jìn)行信息采集傳輸時(shí),本文設(shè)計(jì)的傳感器節(jié)點(diǎn)具有較好的低功耗性能。最后,針對(duì)智能農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)這一特殊應(yīng)用環(huán)境,本文構(gòu)建了一套傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)可以對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)信息進(jìn)行采集、傳輸、顯示,同時(shí)遠(yuǎn)程用戶可以利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)訪問本地監(jiān)控中心。此外本文還對(duì)構(gòu)建的傳感器網(wǎng)絡(luò)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了功能測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)能夠?qū)崟r(shí)地、準(zhǔn)確地對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)灌區(qū)信息進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),可以為灌區(qū)的灌溉決策提供依據(jù)。
