簡(jiǎn)介:分類號(hào)U445密級(jí)單位代碼10618學(xué)號(hào)11006021墨廑交通天誓碩士學(xué)位論文論文題目橋面建有風(fēng)雨樓的四跨鋼筋混凝土板拱橋施工工藝研究導(dǎo)師姓名、職稱撻拍絲雖墮塾撞申請(qǐng)學(xué)位門類工學(xué)專業(yè)名稱橋梁與隧道工程論文答辯日期2Q蘭生魚旦一壘旦學(xué)位授予單位重慶交通大堂答辯委員會(huì)主席評(píng)閱人2013年6月顧安邦周水興馬奎墨鯊羆一摘要鋼筋混凝土板拱橋是最古老的橋梁形式,但因其構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單,施工方便,至今仍有使用。尤其是在西部山區(qū)的少數(shù)民族聚居區(qū),結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)孛褡褰ㄖ厣?,板拱橋這一古老橋型在當(dāng)代舊貌換新顏。侗族人民1日時(shí)修建的風(fēng)雨橋通常是由石墩、木梁、樓閣構(gòu)成,一般為人行橋;而今結(jié)合現(xiàn)代橋梁施工技術(shù),侗族風(fēng)雨橋轉(zhuǎn)換成了下部是完整的鋼筋混凝土拱橋,上部則建有侗族特色風(fēng)雨樓的橋梁形式,可供車輛通行。這既保留了風(fēng)雨橋的特色景觀,同時(shí)又提高了橋梁的交通承載能力,提升了風(fēng)雨橋的實(shí)用性。風(fēng)雨橋由人行橋向車行橋的轉(zhuǎn)變,就意味著其承載力需通過相應(yīng)的橋梁計(jì)算完成。風(fēng)雨橋下部為多跨超靜定無(wú)鉸拱結(jié)構(gòu),上部為純木結(jié)構(gòu)的房屋梁柱結(jié)構(gòu),其主要受力部件主拱圈的受力情況就需要通過仿真模擬來(lái)分析研究。本文結(jié)合貴州玉屏侗族自治縣舞陽(yáng)河風(fēng)雨橋?qū)嶋H工程,研究橋面建有風(fēng)雨樓的情形下對(duì)主拱圈受力的影響,判斷風(fēng)雨樓荷載對(duì)哪部分構(gòu)件受力是不利抑或有利的,同時(shí)針對(duì)其受力情況提出合理的施工方法,保證施工安全穩(wěn)定,更好的提升橋梁的承載能力,延長(zhǎng)其服役期。本文以貴州省玉屏侗族自治縣舞陽(yáng)河風(fēng)雨橋?yàn)槔捎糜邢拊浖﨧IDAS/CIVIL建立空間模型,通過劃分不同施工工況,找出適用于舞陽(yáng)河風(fēng)雨橋修建的施工工藝。①結(jié)合實(shí)例用MIDAS/CIVIL軟件建立橋梁仿真模型,分析橋面建有風(fēng)雨樓對(duì)橋梁受力的影響,對(duì)比風(fēng)雨樓荷載加載前后橋梁主要受力結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力變化。②根據(jù)鋼篾混凝土拱橋施工技術(shù)結(jié)合舞陽(yáng)河風(fēng)雨橋?qū)嵗?,選擇有支架現(xiàn)澆施工主拱,根據(jù)實(shí)際施工情形劃分施工階段。③根據(jù)主拱圈澆筑的特點(diǎn),利用有限元軟件分析計(jì)算,比較主拱澆筑過程中應(yīng)采用的合理分段方法,通過對(duì)橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵部位的內(nèi)力、變形及施工穩(wěn)定性等多個(gè)方面進(jìn)行選擇。④結(jié)合項(xiàng)目現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工的實(shí)際需求,總結(jié)出一較合理的主拱圈施工方法及其選擇依據(jù)。本文研究?jī)?nèi)容為舞陽(yáng)河風(fēng)雨橋的實(shí)際施工提供技術(shù)支持,同時(shí)為侗族風(fēng)雨橋的施工工藝選擇提供參考依據(jù),具有一定借鑒意義。關(guān)鍵詞風(fēng)雨樓;鋼筋混凝土板拱橋;分段施工;支架現(xiàn)澆

簡(jiǎn)介:分類號(hào)U445密級(jí)單位代碼10618學(xué)號(hào)11008015墨煮交通戈肇碩士學(xué)位論文論文題目大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)剛構(gòu)箱梁懸臂澆筑施工過程節(jié)段養(yǎng)護(hù)工藝研究RESEARCHONBOXGIRDERCURINGPROCESSOFLARGESPANPRESTRESSEDCONTINUOUSRIGIDFRAMEBRIDGEOFTHECANTILEVERCONSTRUCTIONSEGMENTS研究生姓名古金軍導(dǎo)師姓名、職稱鐘明全教授級(jí)高工申請(qǐng)學(xué)位門類工學(xué)專業(yè)名稱建筑與土木工程論文答辯日期2013年6月7日學(xué)位授予單位重慶交通大學(xué)2013年6月摘要大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋梁因其跨越能力大、便于養(yǎng)護(hù)、墩梁固結(jié)便于懸臂施工等優(yōu)點(diǎn)在山區(qū)高速公路的建設(shè)中被廣泛采用,但由于連續(xù)剛構(gòu)箱梁在高墩上懸臂節(jié)段澆筑,脫模后受工作面條件限制箱梁體外表面混凝土難于合理養(yǎng)護(hù),加之受峽谷風(fēng)的影響,致使成橋后箱體底板底面存在大量的縱向裂縫,腹板外側(cè)水平裂縫多于內(nèi)側(cè),結(jié)構(gòu)耐久性受到嚴(yán)重威脅,逐漸引起了工程界的廣泛關(guān)注。對(duì)于箱梁頂板和箱內(nèi)混凝土的養(yǎng)護(hù)可以采用傳統(tǒng)的養(yǎng)護(hù)方法,但對(duì)于底板和腹板外側(cè)的養(yǎng)護(hù)則并不適用。混凝土的收縮主要集中在早期,且強(qiáng)度低,所以加強(qiáng)箱梁底板和腹板的早期養(yǎng)護(hù)是混凝土裂縫控制中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本論文結(jié)合重慶交通科技項(xiàng)目大跨徑預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋梁懸臂施工過程節(jié)段養(yǎng)護(hù)工藝研究,以實(shí)驗(yàn)獲得的水化熱數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),采用MIDAS/CIVIL軟件,針對(duì)沙塘壩大橋做具體結(jié)構(gòu)溫度場(chǎng)的計(jì)算,目的是尋求最適合山區(qū)預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋梁懸臂施工的箱梁腹板外側(cè)、底板的養(yǎng)護(hù)方法。本文完成的主要工作有①查閱相關(guān)資料,回顧了橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并論證了大跨度預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋梁懸臂節(jié)段施工混凝土養(yǎng)護(hù)的必要性及總體研究思路。②從施工期選擇的材料出發(fā)分析了水泥細(xì)度及組成成分對(duì)混凝土水化熱、溫升、干燥收縮、徐變、強(qiáng)度等性能的影響。③通過試驗(yàn)獲得的水化熱數(shù)據(jù),對(duì)箱梁做具體結(jié)構(gòu)溫度場(chǎng)的計(jì)算研究,比較分析了不同養(yǎng)護(hù)方法下的混凝土箱梁早期溫度場(chǎng),。④分析自動(dòng)噴水霧、噴涂養(yǎng)護(hù)劑、養(yǎng)護(hù)膜養(yǎng)護(hù)等混凝土早期養(yǎng)生方法的適應(yīng)性及其技術(shù)經(jīng)濟(jì)合理性。⑤鑒于自動(dòng)噴霧系統(tǒng)在依托工程中取得良好效益,因此編寫施工方法文本予以推廣。關(guān)鍵詞連續(xù)剛構(gòu)橋箱梁;養(yǎng)護(hù)方法;施工方法;
