    • 簡介:西南財經(jīng)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中國IT職業(yè)教育業(yè)的特許經(jīng)營北大青鳥APTECH對加盟商的支持管理姓名李鵬申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)工商管理指導(dǎo)教師朱敏20041101善北大青鳥APTECH公司在IT職業(yè)教育行業(yè)進(jìn)行的特許經(jīng)營支持管理,同時為培訓(xùn)、教育行業(yè)的特許經(jīng)營支持管理探索有效的方法和手段。本文主要貢獻(xiàn)在于1、研究的領(lǐng)域?qū)儆谝粋€較新的領(lǐng)域。因?yàn)橹袊逃龢I(yè)只是在近些年才開始出現(xiàn)特許經(jīng)營,缺乏理論指導(dǎo)和實(shí)踐參照使其中不乏失敗者,而即使是“成功者們”也面臨諸多的問題,與跨國特許經(jīng)營巨頭相比較,國內(nèi)的教育業(yè)特許經(jīng)營商從經(jīng)營管理制度的完善程度到經(jīng)營理念的先進(jìn)性都還有很多地方值得學(xué)習(xí)。而本文通過實(shí)證性的研究如何保持競爭的優(yōu)勢一總部對加盟中心的支持管理,為教育培訓(xùn)行業(yè)的特許經(jīng)營商們指出了一條實(shí)踐之路,對中國職業(yè)教育業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了借鑒意義。2、本文的研究具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)性。在本文重點(diǎn)第三章,作者從總部崗位設(shè)置和授權(quán)加盟中心發(fā)展的角度出發(fā),具體的指出了各發(fā)展階段不同崗位的支持管理工作,并且考慮到市場支持在實(shí)際的支持管理工作所占的突出地位,著重突出了市場方面的支持管理,寫作務(wù)求詳實(shí),杜絕空乏的議論。在品牌管理部分,注重理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,提出了教育業(yè)特許經(jīng)營的品牌管理思路與策略。綜上,本文的研究對于特許經(jīng)營商的支持管理具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。最后,作者希望這篇實(shí)證性的論文能夠?qū)ξ覈逃袠I(yè)的特許經(jīng)營發(fā)展起到借鑒和參考作用,從而為這個較新的領(lǐng)域做出一點(diǎn)探索陛的貢獻(xiàn)。關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)教育、特許經(jīng)營、授權(quán)商特許人、加盟商受許人、代理經(jīng)營制、SWOT分析、支持管理、咨詢轉(zhuǎn)化率、品牌管理。

    • 簡介:山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文論農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移與職業(yè)教育的關(guān)系姓名宋桂言申請學(xué)位級別碩士專業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)推廣指導(dǎo)教師張春慶20050515山東農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士專業(yè)學(xué)位論文摘要新世紀(jì)新階段,“三農(nóng)”問題已成為我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最主要的制約因素?!叭r(nóng)”問題的核心是農(nóng)民問題,近幾年來,農(nóng)村富余勞動力向非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移就業(yè)己成為農(nóng)民增加收入的重要來源。但由于文化素質(zhì)低,又不具備專業(yè)技能,使得農(nóng)村轉(zhuǎn)移勞動力的就業(yè)空間狹小,只能選擇從事一些簡單的體力勞動,造成這些崗位就業(yè)競爭激烈,工資水平低下。勞動力的文化程度和勞動技能,直接決定了勞動力的從業(yè)方向,低下的勞動力素質(zhì)已經(jīng)適應(yīng)不了當(dāng)前非農(nóng)行業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。目前絕大部分農(nóng)村勞動力在從事收入較低的交通運(yùn)輸、批發(fā)零售貿(mào)易、餐飲業(yè)及低層次的服務(wù)業(yè),農(nóng)民應(yīng)該在提高自身素質(zhì)的前提下,積極向第二、第三產(chǎn)業(yè)中的其他行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)移,這樣才能有更高收入。農(nóng)民科技文化素質(zhì)對農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移的影響呈正相關(guān)關(guān)系。加強(qiáng)農(nóng)民教育培訓(xùn)是實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)村富余勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移的重要保證。在發(fā)展過程中,農(nóng)業(yè)中存在著大量的剩余勞動力,要讓農(nóng)村剩余勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移出去,就必須讓他們掌握非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)所必須的基本技能。文化程度越高,越易于學(xué)習(xí)和掌握先進(jìn)的知識和技能,越易于為非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)所吸納。農(nóng)民文化素質(zhì)的高低,對農(nóng)村勞動力的轉(zhuǎn)移程度及轉(zhuǎn)移勞動力從事行業(yè)和收入水平的影響是直接的。因此,加強(qiáng)對農(nóng)民的培訓(xùn),是提高農(nóng)村勞動力素質(zhì),增強(qiáng)其就業(yè)能力,是實(shí)現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定轉(zhuǎn)移的關(guān)鍵。農(nóng)村勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移,是一個矛盾的轉(zhuǎn)化過程,矛盾轉(zhuǎn)化需要條件,一個重要的條件就是職業(yè)技能的教育和培訓(xùn)。職業(yè)培訓(xùn)『是人力資源開發(fā)的過程,是將人口負(fù)擔(dān)轉(zhuǎn)化為人力資源優(yōu)勢的過程。職業(yè)教育在農(nóng)村勞動力資源開發(fā)過程中肩負(fù)著重要的歷史使命。充分整合和利用各種職業(yè)教育資源,多層次、多渠道、多形式地開展農(nóng)民教育和培訓(xùn),全面提高農(nóng)民的科技文化素質(zhì),為全面小康社會建設(shè)提供智力支持和人才保障。樹立和落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,大力促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育和經(jīng)濟(jì)社會協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,促進(jìn)職業(yè)教育與其他各類教育的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,是培養(yǎng)數(shù)以億計的高素質(zhì)勞動者的迫切需要。要從社會和諧發(fā)展的全局和戰(zhàn)略高度重視已經(jīng)進(jìn)城農(nóng)民工的培訓(xùn)問題,動員各類教育資源,特別是職
