簡介:重慶市農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力向城市轉(zhuǎn)移進(jìn)程中的職業(yè)教育研究重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文學(xué)生姓名王進(jìn)城指導(dǎo)教師顏哲教授專業(yè)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)學(xué)科門類管理學(xué)重慶大學(xué)建設(shè)管理與房地產(chǎn)學(xué)院二OO八年五月重慶大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要I摘要改革開放以來,由于城鄉(xiāng)分隔的管理體制,城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)差距巨大。農(nóng)村落后、農(nóng)業(yè)低效、農(nóng)民貧窮的“三農(nóng)”問題,阻礙了經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。近年來,大量農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力逐漸向城市轉(zhuǎn)移,但由于其素質(zhì)相對(duì)較低,出現(xiàn)了無法適應(yīng)城市生產(chǎn)要求、收入較低等問題。本文研究的目的在于通過發(fā)展職業(yè),提高農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的素質(zhì),幫助其向城市轉(zhuǎn)移。文章主要對(duì)重慶市的職業(yè)教育進(jìn)行研究,采用了發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、制度經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)的相關(guān)理論,運(yùn)用了調(diào)查、比較、定量等方法對(duì)問題進(jìn)行分析,研究了重慶市職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀、存在問題,并提出了解決的對(duì)策。文章共有六章,第一章對(duì)國內(nèi)外的相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行了回顧,簡述了勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移、人力資本的相關(guān)理論。文章第二章分析了重慶市農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力的現(xiàn)狀,包括數(shù)量、知識(shí)水平、技能等方面的情況,分析了大量剩余勞動(dòng)力產(chǎn)生的原因。第三章論述了重慶市農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力的轉(zhuǎn)移狀況,重慶市農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移數(shù)量巨大、主要向經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)的大城市轉(zhuǎn)移,但由于農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力素質(zhì)偏低,從事的職業(yè)往往技能要求低、工作環(huán)境差、收入水平低。第四章針對(duì)重慶市農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移中存在的問題,提出發(fā)展職業(yè)教育可以有效提高農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力素質(zhì),提高其就業(yè)技能和知識(shí)水平,幫助其在城市獲得更好的工作,提高收入水平,同時(shí)能更快地適應(yīng)城市生活,加快城市化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn)。第五章論述了重慶市職業(yè)教育目前的發(fā)展概況,分別對(duì)重慶市政府組織的農(nóng)村剩余勞動(dòng)力培訓(xùn)、職業(yè)院校和社會(huì)培訓(xùn)機(jī)構(gòu)做了分析,指出了其在重慶市農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力向城市轉(zhuǎn)移過程中的積極作用,并指出了其中存在的招生困難、經(jīng)費(fèi)投入不足、培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量不高、辦學(xué)模式陳舊等問題。第六章針對(duì)重慶市職業(yè)教育中存在的問題,提出了相應(yīng)的解決對(duì)策,指出應(yīng)該加大對(duì)職業(yè)教育的投入,增強(qiáng)師資力量,在專業(yè)設(shè)置上應(yīng)以產(chǎn)業(yè)需求為依托,為重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展服務(wù),同時(shí)應(yīng)加強(qiáng)職業(yè)教育的管理,完善就業(yè)服務(wù)體系,通過這些措施的實(shí)施,可以提高重慶市職業(yè)教育的辦學(xué)水平,為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展更好地服務(wù)。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞職業(yè)教育,勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)移,三農(nóng)問題,城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌

簡介:河南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文河南農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育研究姓名郭歌舞申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)管理指導(dǎo)教師陳俊國20080601摘要當(dāng)前,三農(nóng)問題是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)。新時(shí)期農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)與現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的趨勢(shì)對(duì)農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力素質(zhì)與人力配置提出了新的更高的要求。大力發(fā)展直接為農(nóng)村、農(nóng)業(yè)、農(nóng)民服務(wù)的農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育,是滿足廣大農(nóng)村人口多樣化教育需求的一件大事,是轉(zhuǎn)移農(nóng)村富余勞動(dòng)力的重要途徑,也是提高農(nóng)業(yè)科技貢獻(xiàn)率的關(guān)鍵所在。河南省作為農(nóng)業(yè)大省、人口大省,與其他省份相比,農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育面臨更多的困難和挑戰(zhàn),同時(shí)也沒有太多可供借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來遵循。研究新時(shí)期河南農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展,使其滿足為三農(nóng)服務(wù)的需要,使我們面臨的一個(gè)最重要的課題。本文就是依據(jù)教育分層、人力資源開發(fā)、教育成本收益、人才流動(dòng)與人才培養(yǎng)四大理論和農(nóng)民教育的五個(gè)層次、發(fā)展職業(yè)教育以就業(yè)為導(dǎo)向兩大觀點(diǎn),結(jié)合河南省農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,以辯證邏輯思維方法為指導(dǎo),具體采用理論研究和實(shí)證分析相結(jié)合的方法,著重剖析了河南省農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育存在的問題及深層次原因,提出了大力發(fā)展農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育的建議和對(duì)策,即加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo),齊抓共管,營造良好的外部環(huán)境和氛圍;明確培養(yǎng)方向,準(zhǔn)確定位培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)建立完善的農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育法律法規(guī)體系構(gòu)建多層次和多樣化的職業(yè)教育體系推行就業(yè)準(zhǔn)入制度、職業(yè)資格證書制度,提高教育質(zhì)量,增加政府投入,拓寬投資渠道等,對(duì)農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育進(jìn)行了初步研究。關(guān)鍵詞河南農(nóng)民職業(yè)教育研究5
