簡(jiǎn)介:成人教育的功能研究不僅對(duì)于成人教育學(xué)具有重要的學(xué)理意義,其實(shí)踐意義更為重大。本文在對(duì)成人教育、成人教育功能及提升成人職業(yè)能力的具體涵義分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)對(duì)成人教育提升成人職業(yè)能力的歷史回顧,以及現(xiàn)實(shí)需求的分析,認(rèn)為提升成人職業(yè)能力功能是成人教育與生俱來(lái)的,并且在新的時(shí)代又賦予了更為豐富的涵義。為促進(jìn)成人教育提升職業(yè)能力功能的進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮,本論文最后提出了控制與操作的具體策略。論文分為四章第一章是論文相關(guān)研究概念的厘定與推演。作為研究的起點(diǎn),本章逐一對(duì)成人教育、成人教育功能、職業(yè)能力、成人教育中的職業(yè)能力、職業(yè)能力提升等概念做了全面分析,提出了自己的見(jiàn)解,并對(duì)提升成人職業(yè)能力作為成人繼續(xù)社會(huì)化的主體訴求展開(kāi)論述。第二章從歷史追溯的角度論述提升成人職業(yè)能力是成人教育的一項(xiàng)與生俱來(lái)的功能。作為文章的主要論據(jù)之一,本章先基于國(guó)際視野,按照成人教育四個(gè)歷史發(fā)展階段萌芽一建立一發(fā)展~終身教育時(shí)期來(lái)考察成人教育在提升成人職業(yè)能力方面的行動(dòng),分別論述了成人教育發(fā)端于工人階級(jí)提升職業(yè)能力的需求;制度化始于職業(yè)能力教育的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化與法制化;穩(wěn)步發(fā)展促進(jìn)成人職業(yè)能力教育體系的形成;終身教育時(shí)代推動(dòng)職業(yè)能力提升功能向縱深發(fā)展。然后基于我國(guó)建國(guó)以來(lái)的成人教育實(shí)踐,論述了我國(guó)成人教育在提升成人職業(yè)能力方面的重視與提倡。第三章從社會(huì)現(xiàn)實(shí)需求角度論述提升職業(yè)能力是成人教育不可忽視的重要功能之一。作為文章的主要論據(jù)之二,本章立足認(rèn)識(shí)教育現(xiàn)象的兩個(gè)基本點(diǎn)社會(huì)、個(gè)體兩個(gè)方面分別展開(kāi)論述。社會(huì)的需要包括構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的需要、組織企業(yè)的發(fā)展需要;個(gè)體的需要包括作為成人群體的需要及作為個(gè)體的人的需要。第四章是提出策略部分。結(jié)合我國(guó)現(xiàn)實(shí)分別從教育系統(tǒng)內(nèi)、外部提出成人教育提升職業(yè)能力功能進(jìn)一步發(fā)揮的控制與操作策略。內(nèi)部策略包括成人教育目標(biāo)的調(diào)適、成人教育內(nèi)容的選擇、成人教育教學(xué)法的選擇;內(nèi)部策略包括加強(qiáng)理論研究及建立、健全法律法規(guī)。

簡(jiǎn)介:南京師勉大掌碩士學(xué)位論文凰基于學(xué)習(xí)需求的成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)研究院者。系’指導(dǎo)教師學(xué)科專業(yè),一。7‘~一一L≯霉祝愛(ài)武教育科學(xué)學(xué)院繆建東1L、~成人教育學(xué)中文摘要本研究立足于課程開(kāi)發(fā),旨在探討成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)不同于基礎(chǔ)教育、普通高等教育的獨(dú)特性,包括成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)的過(guò)程、成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)的模式、成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)的走向等,使成人高等教育的課程開(kāi)發(fā)真正能夠關(guān)注成人學(xué)習(xí)需求及成人學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn),樹(shù)立為成人工作和生活服務(wù)的觀念,增強(qiáng)成人高等教育的適應(yīng)性和學(xué)習(xí)者的主體性,有效地服務(wù)成人教育實(shí)踐。本研究提出成人教育的課程就是教育者根據(jù)成人的學(xué)習(xí)需求,為成人提供服務(wù)的方案和活動(dòng)。成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)是一個(gè)提供服務(wù)和滿足需求的過(guò)程,這種課程開(kāi)發(fā)的服務(wù)觀既是時(shí)代的要求,也是由成人學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)決定的。因此,成人教育的課程是基于成人學(xué)習(xí)需求的,課程開(kāi)發(fā)的質(zhì)量以滿足成人的需求為衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本研究在比較課程開(kāi)發(fā)的目標(biāo)模式、過(guò)程模式、情境模式的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為情境模式是成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)較為合適的模式,并詳細(xì)論述了情境模式的步驟。論文還嘗試?yán)们榫衬J?,制定了一個(gè)研究生課程進(jìn)修班的課程開(kāi)發(fā)個(gè)案,作為對(duì)理論的運(yùn)用和檢驗(yàn)。本研究還對(duì)成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)的走向進(jìn)行了探索,認(rèn)為人性化是其應(yīng)然走向,具體表現(xiàn)為走向成“人”,走向主體,走向多元。關(guān)鍵詞課程;課程開(kāi)發(fā);成人高等教育;學(xué)習(xí)需求;終身教育

簡(jiǎn)介:時(shí)間管理傾向是個(gè)體在運(yùn)用時(shí)間方式上所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的心理和行為特征,是一種具有多維度層次心理結(jié)果的人格特征,由時(shí)間價(jià)值感、時(shí)間監(jiān)控觀和時(shí)間效能感構(gòu)成。時(shí)間管理在一定程度上體現(xiàn)了自我管理的能力,它對(duì)于提高工作和學(xué)習(xí)效率,提高成績(jī)有重要的意義。遠(yuǎn)程教育環(huán)境下的成人學(xué)習(xí)者都面臨著處理工學(xué)矛盾的問(wèn)題,學(xué)習(xí)時(shí)間不能得到有效的保證。對(duì)他們來(lái)說(shuō)如何正確的管理時(shí)間、做好統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃是遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中的首要問(wèn)題。此外,遠(yuǎn)程開(kāi)放的學(xué)習(xí)方式對(duì)遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)者的自主學(xué)習(xí)能力也提出了更高的要求,強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)習(xí)者在遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程中應(yīng)該具備一定自我計(jì)劃、自我監(jiān)控、自我評(píng)價(jià)的能力。顯而易見(jiàn)的是,遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)者時(shí)間管理能力是一項(xiàng)基本技能,它是進(jìn)行遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)的前提,是自主學(xué)習(xí)能力的重要影響因素。個(gè)人的時(shí)間管理傾向滲透于日常生活、學(xué)習(xí)、工作的時(shí)間管理中,表現(xiàn)為個(gè)人利用和運(yùn)籌時(shí)間的具體行為。本研究首先通過(guò)調(diào)查研究的方法考察遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)者的時(shí)間管理傾向,并通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)的收集與整理探討學(xué)習(xí)者時(shí)間管理傾向的特點(diǎn)。研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)1參加被試的遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)者均持有較低水平的時(shí)間管理傾向,遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷較短的學(xué)習(xí)者持有較高的時(shí)間監(jiān)控觀。2遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)者的時(shí)間管理傾向與傳統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)者有顯著的差異,具體表現(xiàn)在傳統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)者持有較高的時(shí)間監(jiān)控觀和時(shí)間效能感。3遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)者的時(shí)間監(jiān)控觀和時(shí)間價(jià)值感對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)業(yè)成就有顯著的預(yù)測(cè)作用。結(jié)合調(diào)查研究的結(jié)論,本研究進(jìn)一步分析了他們?cè)跁r(shí)間管理上的問(wèn)題和原因,并以分析結(jié)果為依據(jù)提出了具體的培養(yǎng)方案,傳授學(xué)習(xí)者有效時(shí)間管理的策略。最后重點(diǎn)探討了在線時(shí)間管理監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)作為促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)者掌握時(shí)間管理策略有效途徑的實(shí)踐意義,并提出了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)方案與實(shí)現(xiàn)模型。雖然研究學(xué)習(xí)者時(shí)間管理的文獻(xiàn)很多,但是本文站在遠(yuǎn)程教育領(lǐng)域的角度,探討了遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)者的時(shí)間管理傾向特點(diǎn),并提出具體可行的培養(yǎng)方案和系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn),這對(duì)于促進(jìn)遠(yuǎn)程教育機(jī)構(gòu)更深入地了解學(xué)習(xí)者特征,完善遠(yuǎn)程學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境有著重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。
