    • 簡介:西南大學博士學位論文教育促成人力資源生長西南三地調(diào)查研究姓名孫杰遠申請學位級別博士專業(yè)教育學原理指導(dǎo)教師張詩亞20070401一南人學博十學侍論文摘要質(zhì)”3人力資源生長存在次生場“學校教育”和“自組織這兩者存在這樣的關(guān)系“學校教育”正面影響“自組織”和“人力素質(zhì)”,“自組織”正面影響“人力素質(zhì)”4存在標準化人力資源和本十化人力資源的類別分化二者生長過程不同,影響因素的作用方式和程度亦不同“學校教育”對標準化人力資源生長影響遠勝F對本士化人力資源生長影響,而“自組織”對本土化人力資源生長影響遠勝丁_對標準化人力資源生K影響。5原生場與次生場對標準人力資源和本土化人力資源產(chǎn)生不同的影響效果。原生場對標準化人力資源生長影響的主要來自間接效果,對本七化人力資源生長影響的也主要來自間接效果,但直接效果達到大效果,即原生場的作用主要是間接性的次生場對標準化人力資源生長影響的總效果主要來自直接效果而對本土化人力資源生長影響的總效果也主要來自直接效果,即次生場的作用主要是直接性的。6人力資源生長不存在性別、籍貫、民族等緯度上的顯著差異。但存在學歷、年齡等緯度上的顯著差異取自西南三地具有原生性的7個人力資源生歐案例從質(zhì)性的層面解釋和析取了人力資源生長的內(nèi)在規(guī)定。可以發(fā)現(xiàn)1人力資源類差異的真實存在;2人力資源生命的復(fù)雜性3人力資源生長因素及作用;4人力資源生長機理的主體性表現(xiàn)5入力資源的教育屬性基于鼙化研究、案例分析、理論推演,人力資源生長的空間場域是一個具有中心結(jié)構(gòu)又向四周擴散的網(wǎng)狀體,這個網(wǎng)狀體由微觀系統(tǒng)MIEROSYSTEM、中觀系統(tǒng)MESOSYSTEM、外觀系統(tǒng)FEXOSYSTEM和宏觀系統(tǒng)MACROSYSTEM四個層次的系統(tǒng)所構(gòu)成。其中,微觀系統(tǒng)是人力資源生長的直系環(huán)境IMMEDIATESITUATION,屬于這一系統(tǒng)的原生場與次生場對人力資源生妖產(chǎn)生不同的影響效果。人力資源生長的教育機理表現(xiàn)在個體自組織的適應(yīng)性演化,個體自組織系統(tǒng)與外部系統(tǒng)之間的交互性作用及學校教育構(gòu)成要素之間的協(xié)同性作HI。教育促進人力資源生長的合理范式麻是構(gòu)建教育促進人力資源生長的生境HABITAL及其張力TENSIOIL的拓升關(guān)鍵詞教育人力資源生長機理IL

    • 簡介:真正的教育學者必須具有深切的人文和社會關(guān)懷關(guān)心每一個人的生存狀態(tài),關(guān)注社會發(fā)展與歷史前進的方向。真正的教育學者能夠敏銳地觸摸到時代的脈搏,成為時代精神的代言人,甚至超越時代的局限,把握社會與歷史前進的方向,構(gòu)畫出面向未來的教育藍圖。而陶行知與弗萊雷無疑是這樣的教育學者的代表。本論文的研究目的分為兩方面通過比較陶行知與弗萊雷的成人教育思想,一方面深化和豐富對兩位教育大家的認識,使二者的成人教育思想的研究“立體化”。另一方面,通過綜合比較,辨析同異,找出二者成人教育思想的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系,探尋成人教育領(lǐng)域的共同規(guī)律和特殊規(guī)律,從而為我國當前的成人教育領(lǐng)域的理論研究和改革提供一個嶄新的視角和思路。本論文主要采用了歷史研究法、文獻研究法和比較研究法。我們必須把思想放在具體的歷史情境和學術(shù)背景中,唯有如此,才能真切的體會二者成人教育思想的豐富和淵博,才能追求歷史的真實。所處的時代背景和深厚的學術(shù)根基是二者成人教育思想產(chǎn)生的源流。陶行知的成人教育思想具有大眾性、實踐性、創(chuàng)造性、科學性的特征。弗萊雷的成人教育思想具有政治性、批判性、對話性的特征。在對陶行知與弗萊雷成人教育思想有了綜合、確切的考察后,從宏觀上比較得出二者成人教育思想的相同點注重社會改造功能、以人的全面發(fā)展為旨歸、關(guān)注生活世界、重視培養(yǎng)學習者的主體性、主張終生教育觀點;不同點二者成人教育思想產(chǎn)生的背景不同、二者成人教育的側(cè)重點不同。雖然二者話語、理論范式和概念體系不同,但我們?nèi)阅軓膬烧哂^點背后的價值導(dǎo)向中找出其與個人發(fā)展和社會歷史發(fā)展方向相一致的成人教育思想。

    • 簡介:廣東工業(yè)大學碩士學位論文嘉應(yīng)學院成人教育教材管理系統(tǒng)的研究和開發(fā)姓名鐘旭紅申請學位級別碩士專業(yè)軟件工程指導(dǎo)教師李振坤鄧晉宜20040401廣東工業(yè)大學工程碩士學位論文教師領(lǐng)書、教材零售。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計采用傳統(tǒng)的C/S客戶/服務(wù)器模式與流行的B/S瀏覽器/服務(wù)器相結(jié)合,三層體系結(jié)構(gòu)。C/S模式有很強的實時處理能力,適合于對數(shù)據(jù)庫的實時處理和大批量的數(shù)據(jù)更新;系統(tǒng)相對封閉,保密性能較好;適用于C/S模式的開發(fā)軟件技術(shù)完善,選擇多樣化。B/S模式與目前使用的幾乎所有局域網(wǎng)都可以做到無縫連接;無需安裝客戶端,界面統(tǒng)一瀏覽器方式,操作相對簡單;采用了“瘦客戶端”技術(shù)。系統(tǒng)使用C/S、B/S兩種模式,共用同一后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫以兩個模式后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫互相備份的方式實現(xiàn)。服務(wù)器采用WINDOWS2000SERVER系統(tǒng),后臺數(shù)據(jù)庫使用SQLSERVER70以上版本。B/S中間層使用JSP技術(shù),C/S客戶端開發(fā)軟件為CBUILDER。對于客戶端,用戶界面設(shè)計采用MDIMULTIPLEDOCUMENTINTERFACE方式。目前,嘉應(yīng)學院成人教育教務(wù)系統(tǒng)已正式投入使用,運行初期狀態(tài)良好,用戶反饋評價優(yōu)良。關(guān)鍵字成人教育、教務(wù)管理、教材管理、C/S模式、B/S模式
