簡(jiǎn)介:西南大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文成人高等教育發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策研究以重慶市為個(gè)案姓名吳國(guó)琴申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)高等教育學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師易連云20080501西南人學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中文摘要市成人高等教育重視度不夠,我市成人高等教育生存空間的縮小、生源質(zhì)量下降,“普教化”現(xiàn)象嚴(yán)重,辦學(xué)條件差、教育資源匱乏,師資力量薄弱等幾個(gè)方面及提出重慶成人高等教育面臨的挑戰(zhàn);第三部分對(duì)我市成人高等教育存在問(wèn)題的成因進(jìn)行了分析研究,主要是對(duì)成人高等教育認(rèn)識(shí)的片面性阻礙了成人高等教育的迅速發(fā)展,國(guó)家招生、就業(yè)政策的變化和辦學(xué)模式的多元化影響了成人高等教育的生源,教育內(nèi)容、教育手段和管理模式落后制約了成人高等教育的質(zhì)量,成人高等教育利益化和辦學(xué)投入不足影響了辦學(xué)條件的改善,成人高等教育改革發(fā)展政策不配套降低了成人高等教育的社會(huì)認(rèn)可度等;第四部分根據(jù)存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)問(wèn)題的成因分析,結(jié)合我市成人高等教育的發(fā)展機(jī)遇,分析探究了促進(jìn)我市成人高等教育發(fā)展的對(duì)策建議科學(xué)定位,調(diào)整成人高等教育辦學(xué)方向;加強(qiáng)制度建設(shè),促進(jìn)成人高等教育規(guī)范管理;推進(jìn)教學(xué)改革,提高成人高等教育質(zhì)量;整合教育資源,改善成人高等教育辦學(xué)條件;借助良好機(jī)遇,實(shí)現(xiàn)成人高等教育開(kāi)放式發(fā)展提升重慶發(fā)展水平。關(guān)鍵詞成人高等教育發(fā)展問(wèn)題對(duì)策研究H
