簡介:中文摘要中文摘要高等教育機會獲得的城鄉(xiāng)不公平問題是當前我國教育領(lǐng)域的一個突出問題,但關(guān)于這一問題的研究更多地散見于整體性的教育機會公平問題的討論中,尚未形成專門性、系統(tǒng)性的研究成果。且綜觀以往研究,研究視角的單一是一個最大的問題,多滿足于對政策的分析,而忽視對社會結(jié)構(gòu)性因素的分析,缺乏社會學(xué)視角的介入和理論的闡釋。本研究綜合、借鑒教育社會學(xué)有關(guān)教育不平等的理論與實證研究的成果,通過實證調(diào)查并結(jié)合各種統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)和文獻資料,分析了改革以來,尤其是199年高校大規(guī)模擴招以來,我國高等教育機會獲得的城鄉(xiāng)差異問題的現(xiàn)狀、特點及其演變趨勢,并深入探討了這種機會分配的城鄉(xiāng)不公平問題形成的原因,構(gòu)建高等教育機會城鄉(xiāng)不公平問題形成的因果模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上,有針對性的對如何促進高等教育機會城鄉(xiāng)公平提出了一些思考。本研究采用定性研究與定量研究相結(jié)合、文獻研究與實地調(diào)查研究相結(jié)合的方法,廣泛收集國內(nèi)外有關(guān)理論文獻資料及國內(nèi)統(tǒng)計資料,通過實地調(diào)查、訪談,進行深入探討與綜合分析形成結(jié)論。實地調(diào)查將采用抽樣調(diào)查和典型調(diào)查兩種方法進行。抽樣調(diào)查主要針對天津和江西高校大學(xué)生城鄉(xiāng)背景的調(diào)查。典型調(diào)查分兩部分進行一是選擇兩三所不同類型高校的部分學(xué)生進行深入訪談二是對江西某市城鄉(xiāng)中小學(xué)生家庭背景、就讀學(xué)校和學(xué)業(yè)情況等的調(diào)查。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),自改革之初始,我國高等教育機會的分配就存在著一種向著城鄉(xiāng)不公平的方向演變的趨勢。經(jīng)過九十年代末以來持續(xù)幾年的高校大擴招之后,目前我國城鄉(xiāng)間受高等教育機會的差距在總體上比擴招前有一定程度的縮小,但是問題仍然持續(xù)存在。尤其在國家重點院校、財經(jīng)類院校、收費較高的三本獨立學(xué)院以及大部分較有市場需求的學(xué)科或?qū)I(yè),如外語、法學(xué)、藝術(shù)學(xué)、經(jīng)濟學(xué)、工商管理學(xué)等學(xué)科中,農(nóng)村生源的比例很低,城鄉(xiāng)比例嚴重失衡,城鄉(xiāng)機會獲得的差異問題尤為突出。另外,高等教育入學(xué)機會的性別比差距總體上雖已不明顯,但農(nóng)村女性受高等教育機會并沒有像城市女性那樣得到明顯的改善,農(nóng)村生源中性別不均衡問題依然突出。研究進一步表明,我國高等教育機會獲得的城鄉(xiāng)差異問題形成的原因主要中文摘要觀存在,我們要正視這樣一個問題城鄉(xiāng)教育差距,包括城鄉(xiāng)間高等教育機會獲得的差距,可能會永恒地存在,并因此要正視教育政策變革的局限性。不過,我們要堅持這樣一個信念雖然不能消滅這種差距,但是通過我們的努力,通過長期的教育政策和社會政策變革的跟進,可以最大程度地縮小這種差距,這正是我們應(yīng)努力的方向。關(guān)鍵詞教育公平城鄉(xiāng)差距高等教育機會家庭資本教育政策

簡介:摘要摘要要保持我國國民經(jīng)濟的健康、可持續(xù)發(fā)展,需要加快培養(yǎng)數(shù)以億計的高素質(zhì)勞動者、數(shù)以千萬計的專業(yè)技術(shù)人才和大批的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新人才,為經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展提供更加有利的智力支持和人才保障。高等職業(yè)教育作為培養(yǎng)這些人才的一個重要渠道,在人才培養(yǎng)的質(zhì)量保障上擔(dān)負著重大的責(zé)任。而人才的質(zhì)量是與學(xué)校的人才培養(yǎng)模式密切相關(guān)的。近十多年來我國的高職教育發(fā)展迅猛,目前,無論是學(xué)校數(shù)量,還是在校生數(shù)量,高職教育已成為我國高等教育的重要組成部分。本文選取江西的高等職業(yè)院校作為研究對象,通過文獻法、調(diào)查法、個案分析法對江西省幾所民辦高職院校存在的典型的人才培養(yǎng)模式進行探索與總結(jié)。主要內(nèi)容概括為以下幾個方面一、我國高等職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)上還沒有完全以市場為導(dǎo)向。二、目前,高職教育人才培養(yǎng)呈現(xiàn)國際華的趨勢和對學(xué)生全面素質(zhì)的要求。三、“產(chǎn)教結(jié)合”模式是我國高職教育一貫提倡的一種培養(yǎng)模式,在鍛煉學(xué)生實踐技能,充分利用校內(nèi)校外兩種資源方面具有一定優(yōu)勢,但受學(xué)校辦學(xué)條件和規(guī)模的影響,這種模式的優(yōu)勢不能得到充分的發(fā)揮“三元育人”模式比較重視學(xué)生人格的塑造,對提高學(xué)生人文精神、道德素質(zhì)有很好的效果,但對學(xué)生實踐應(yīng)用能力的鍛煉不足’“訂單式”模式是一種“短、平、快”的培養(yǎng)方式,對提高學(xué)生應(yīng)用操作能力和學(xué)校的就業(yè)率有很大幫助,但容易忽視學(xué)生基礎(chǔ)知識的學(xué)習(xí)和素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng),使學(xué)生成為“機器人氣四、江西高等職業(yè)教育人才的培養(yǎng),一首先要注意學(xué)校規(guī)模與內(nèi)涵的協(xié)調(diào),學(xué)?;A(chǔ)條件的完善,包括師資隊伍的建設(shè)。其次要以市場為導(dǎo)向作好專業(yè)建設(shè)和課程設(shè)置。關(guān)鍵詞高等職業(yè)教育育人模式產(chǎn)教結(jié)合三元模式訂單ABSTRACTPROFESSIONALANDPAVETHEKEY。川THEHIGHERVOCATIONALEDUCATIONRAISINGHUMANPATERNTHEPATTERNOFCOLEGELINKSCOMPANYTHREECOREPATTERNORDERINGFORM
