簡介:自二十世紀(jì)末以來我國的高等職業(yè)教育得到了迅速的發(fā)展為實(shí)現(xiàn)高等教育大眾化做出了重要貢獻(xiàn)。然而由于我國高等職業(yè)教育起步晚受學(xué)科型普通高等教育的影響根深蒂固高等職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量還不盡人意。體現(xiàn)在課程設(shè)置上高等職業(yè)教育還存在著諸多弊端如課程以學(xué)科系統(tǒng)化課程為主忽視“工作過程”重理論輕實(shí)踐以“順三角形”的課程排列方法來設(shè)置課程等等其結(jié)果是嚴(yán)重地影響了我國高等職業(yè)教育的質(zhì)量。當(dāng)今時(shí)代科學(xué)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展知識(shí)更新速度不斷加快如何構(gòu)建我國高等職業(yè)教育課程使我國的高等職業(yè)教育辦出特色是高等職業(yè)教育界必須認(rèn)真研究的重大課題。本文首先簡要概述了我國高等職業(yè)教育課程的現(xiàn)狀及問題通過簡單回顧美德英三國高等職業(yè)教育的課程的演變歷史探討職業(yè)教育活動(dòng)的內(nèi)稟規(guī)律由此提出了以工作過程為基點(diǎn)的高等職業(yè)教育課程理論闡述了基于“工作過程”的高等職業(yè)教育課程的構(gòu)建原則。最后結(jié)合案例探討了這種課程的有效性。

簡介:我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量保證體系研究THERESEARCHOFTHEQUALITYASSURANCESYSTEMOFCHINA’SNETWORKHIGHEREDUCATION作者姓名李光理NAMELIGUANGLI指導(dǎo)教師劉堯TUTORLIUYAO學(xué)科專業(yè)高等教育學(xué)MAJORHIGHEREDUCATION浙江師范大學(xué)教師教育學(xué)院COLLEGEOFEDUCATION,ZHEJIANGNORMALUNIVERSITY我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量保證體系研究摘要IIIIIIIIIIIIIITIIIIULY1804943自20世紀(jì)90年代以來,隨著多媒體技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、通信技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展,計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)已廣泛深入和影響人們的生產(chǎn)、生活、學(xué)習(xí)和娛樂方式,并滲透到我國高等教育領(lǐng)域的管理方式、教學(xué)模式、教學(xué)手段、教學(xué)思想等層面。我國自1999年在面向2L世紀(jì)教育振興行動(dòng)計(jì)劃中明確提出“實(shí)施‘現(xiàn)代遠(yuǎn)程教育工程’,形成開放式教育網(wǎng)絡(luò),構(gòu)建終身學(xué)習(xí)體系”以來,網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育迅速發(fā)展,取得了前所未有的成就。然而,網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育作為新生事物,隨著我國高等教育大眾化的到來,也面臨著許多問題和挑戰(zhàn),如網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育的定位、網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育的政策法規(guī)保障、網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施及軟件資源建設(shè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育的師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量的管理和監(jiān)控、網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量的社會(huì)認(rèn)同與認(rèn)證、網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育的評估等問題。網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量不僅關(guān)系到網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育的健康發(fā)展,甚至影響到我國整個(gè)高等教育的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展。因此,提高和保證我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量是促進(jìn)我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育健康發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本研究的主要內(nèi)容包括以下幾個(gè)部分第一部分為緒論,提出研究我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量保證問題的必要性,指出研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義及理論意義,并回顧整理國內(nèi)外有關(guān)本研究的文獻(xiàn)資料,為后文的深入探討作鋪墊。第二部分主要闡釋有關(guān)網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量保證的概念,并論述了網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量保證的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)。第三部分主要分析了我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量保證面臨的問題及發(fā)展趨勢。第四部分是對我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量保證外部質(zhì)量保證體系的研究。具體包括國家政策法規(guī)保證、網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育的經(jīng)費(fèi)保證、網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量評估系統(tǒng)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量的管理與認(rèn)證、網(wǎng)絡(luò)高等教育質(zhì)量的監(jiān)督、公共支持服務(wù)體系的建設(shè)幾個(gè)層面。
