簡(jiǎn)介:南京師勉大掌碩士學(xué)位論文凰基于學(xué)習(xí)需求的成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)研究院者。系’指導(dǎo)教師學(xué)科專(zhuān)業(yè),一。7‘~一一L≯霉祝愛(ài)武教育科學(xué)學(xué)院繆建東1L、~成人教育學(xué)中文摘要本研究立足于課程開(kāi)發(fā),旨在探討成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)不同于基礎(chǔ)教育、普通高等教育的獨(dú)特性,包括成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)的過(guò)程、成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)的模式、成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)的走向等,使成人高等教育的課程開(kāi)發(fā)真正能夠關(guān)注成人學(xué)習(xí)需求及成人學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn),樹(shù)立為成人工作和生活服務(wù)的觀念,增強(qiáng)成人高等教育的適應(yīng)性和學(xué)習(xí)者的主體性,有效地服務(wù)成人教育實(shí)踐。本研究提出成人教育的課程就是教育者根據(jù)成人的學(xué)習(xí)需求,為成人提供服務(wù)的方案和活動(dòng)。成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)是一個(gè)提供服務(wù)和滿足需求的過(guò)程,這種課程開(kāi)發(fā)的服務(wù)觀既是時(shí)代的要求,也是由成人學(xué)習(xí)特點(diǎn)決定的。因此,成人教育的課程是基于成人學(xué)習(xí)需求的,課程開(kāi)發(fā)的質(zhì)量以滿足成人的需求為衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本研究在比較課程開(kāi)發(fā)的目標(biāo)模式、過(guò)程模式、情境模式的基礎(chǔ)上,認(rèn)為情境模式是成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)較為合適的模式,并詳細(xì)論述了情境模式的步驟。論文還嘗試?yán)们榫衬J?,制定了一個(gè)研究生課程進(jìn)修班的課程開(kāi)發(fā)個(gè)案,作為對(duì)理論的運(yùn)用和檢驗(yàn)。本研究還對(duì)成人高等教育課程開(kāi)發(fā)的走向進(jìn)行了探索,認(rèn)為人性化是其應(yīng)然走向,具體表現(xiàn)為走向成“人”,走向主體,走向多元。關(guān)鍵詞課程;課程開(kāi)發(fā);成人高等教育;學(xué)習(xí)需求;終身教育

簡(jiǎn)介:中央民族大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文土家族地區(qū)高等教育的初步研究以湘鄂西地區(qū)的兩所高校為例姓名耿桂紅申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別碩士專(zhuān)業(yè)民族學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師賈仲益20050501摘要筆者通過(guò)對(duì)湘P≮、鄂西七家族地區(qū)的兩所高校,即湖北民族學(xué)院和吉首大學(xué)的調(diào)查,尤其是對(duì)湖北民族學(xué)院的實(shí)地調(diào)查,搜集到‘系列反映這兩所高校的辦學(xué)條件、辦學(xué)特色、存在問(wèn)題和發(fā)展對(duì)策等方面的資料,加上通過(guò)各種渠道搜集到的第二手資料,主要從民族學(xué)、教育管理學(xué)等學(xué)科的角度,運(yùn)用所學(xué)理論,對(duì)這些資料進(jìn)行I,系統(tǒng)的整理和分析,從而形成了對(duì)土家族地區(qū)高等教育的一些初步看法。本文共分六個(gè)部分第一部分筆者從土家族地區(qū)的教育簡(jiǎn)史入手,對(duì)土家族地區(qū)兩個(gè)主要的少數(shù)民族土家族、苗族的簡(jiǎn)況以及土家族地區(qū)的自然地理環(huán)境、民族文化特點(diǎn)作了介紹。由于土家族地區(qū)主要生活著土家族和苗族,所以土家族地區(qū)的民族教育,主要針對(duì)的就是土家族和苗族。土家族和苗族的教育受漢文化影響比較深,筆者針對(duì)漢文化教育在士家族地區(qū)的傳入和影響作了分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)土家族地區(qū)高等教育發(fā)展簡(jiǎn)史作了闡述。這部分內(nèi)容為分析土家族地區(qū)的高等教育提供了歷史背景和理論準(zhǔn)備。第二、三、四部分筆者結(jié)合湖北民族學(xué)院的具體情況,包括基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、師資隊(duì)伍、生源情況、畢業(yè)生就業(yè)情況、學(xué)科建設(shè)、科研狀況等方面,分析了土家族地區(qū)高等學(xué)校的辦學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,概括總結(jié)了土家族地區(qū)高等教育的特色,同時(shí)也指出了土家族地區(qū)高等教育發(fā)展存在的問(wèn)題,主要包括辦學(xué)經(jīng)費(fèi)、師資隊(duì)伍、學(xué)科建設(shè)等幾個(gè)方面。這三個(gè)部分所占比重較大,在理論指導(dǎo)下對(duì)大量具體事實(shí)進(jìn)行了深入細(xì)致的分析,或以點(diǎn)帶面,或點(diǎn)面結(jié)合,并附有大量表格,以便更加直觀、清晰地分析問(wèn)題。第五、六部分筆者提出了土家族地區(qū)高校發(fā)展對(duì)策,包括進(jìn)一步突出辦學(xué)特色;加強(qiáng)專(zhuān)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,為民族地區(qū)培養(yǎng)合格人才;適應(yīng)民族地區(qū)特點(diǎn),形成多層次、多渠道的辦學(xué)模式;加強(qiáng)橫向聯(lián)合;拓寬就業(yè)渠道等具體方法和步驟。通過(guò)對(duì)土家族地區(qū)高等教育的初步研究,筆者深感土家族地區(qū)高等教育的發(fā)展前景廣闊,認(rèn)為只要目標(biāo)明確,上下重視,堅(jiān)持全面、協(xié)調(diào)、可持續(xù)的科學(xué)發(fā)展觀,就一定能夠培養(yǎng)出更多的土家族地區(qū)少數(shù)民族事業(yè)所急需的各類(lèi)人才,為土家族地區(qū)的建設(shè)和發(fā)展服務(wù),為西部大開(kāi)發(fā)服務(wù),為中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)服務(wù)。關(guān)鍵詞土家族地區(qū)高等教育研究

簡(jiǎn)介:復(fù)旦大學(xué)博士后學(xué)位論文我國(guó)民辦高等教育發(fā)展模式研究姓名楊順勇申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士后專(zhuān)業(yè)政治經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師張暉明20051201F酶復(fù)旦大學(xué)博士后出站工作報(bào)告我國(guó)民辦高等教育發(fā)展模式研究第一章緒論11研究的背景和意義在傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式中“發(fā)展”等同F(xiàn)“增長(zhǎng)”。即把發(fā)展T要看作數(shù)餐的增長(zhǎng)、規(guī)模的J7’展和速度的加快,這是與傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)增【,相一致的概念。囚為“二戰(zhàn)”阱后T西方I便資本七義團(tuán)家進(jìn)入繹R齊帙進(jìn)陟復(fù)和發(fā)屣時(shí)1糾,出現(xiàn)了所洇兩方經(jīng)濟(jì)掎續(xù)發(fā)展的“奇跡”,似乎經(jīng)濟(jì)增K就等丁經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。與這種經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展相適應(yīng),西方主要發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家高等教育也進(jìn)入了發(fā)展的“黃金時(shí)代”,完成了從精英型到大眾型高等教育的過(guò)渡。出現(xiàn)了“人力資本理論”的流行以及經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的“神話”只要擴(kuò)展了教育,經(jīng)濟(jì)必然隨之上升;高速度的教育增長(zhǎng)必然實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)高速增長(zhǎng)的目標(biāo)。就像經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)中單純以人均GNP作為衡量經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的綜合水平,人們也習(xí)慣于用人均受教育年限表示教育發(fā)展的水平高低,并以此進(jìn)行國(guó)家、地區(qū)『丑J教育發(fā)展程度的比較。但1970年高等教育的發(fā)展跌到了危機(jī)的邊緣教育經(jīng)費(fèi)削減,教育質(zhì)量下滑,結(jié)構(gòu)性失業(yè)加劇,學(xué)生人數(shù)銳減,高等教育快速發(fā)展的“神話”被打得粉碎。庫(kù)姆斯把這種潛在的世界性“教育危機(jī)”歸結(jié)為教育環(huán)境的急劇變化與教育系統(tǒng)遲鈍和固有的慣性的沖突、教育投入入不敷出與教育規(guī)模超速增長(zhǎng)的慣性沖突、尤其是教育增長(zhǎng)促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的作用必然要被應(yīng)驗(yàn)的心念慣性等1。從1980年丌始,基于對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的“有增長(zhǎng)而無(wú)發(fā)展”模式的反思,社會(huì)發(fā)展進(jìn)入了以追求經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)綜合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展為戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)的階段。各國(guó)學(xué)者通過(guò)從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)等多方面探討逐步達(dá)成共識(shí)不能把發(fā)展簡(jiǎn)單歸結(jié)為經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng),發(fā)展除了生產(chǎn)增長(zhǎng)以外,還應(yīng)該包括經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)和制度的變遷,以及社會(huì)狀況的改善和政治行政體制的進(jìn)步既有量的增長(zhǎng),又有質(zhì)的提高。。這一時(shí)期社會(huì)發(fā)展的重心從以物為中心的發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)向以人為中心的發(fā)展模式上束,有更多的國(guó)家社會(huì)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略以經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)綜合協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展為戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),以全面提高科技、教育、文化、衛(wèi)生、社會(huì)整體素質(zhì)為戰(zhàn)略措施。高等教育作為社會(huì)整體發(fā)展的重要組成部分也逐步走。虜劍森而等救育發(fā)聰?shù)睦碚?。沖固的實(shí)踐M1海復(fù)口人學(xué);II版I1999’州宜們等發(fā)燧理論’J中固現(xiàn)代化H北京固琢行政學(xué)院JI;版樸,1998第1頁(yè)總89頁(yè)
