簡介:中小學(xué)美術(shù)新課程改革現(xiàn)已在全國范圍內(nèi)全面實(shí)施。這次美術(shù)新課程改革的最大特點(diǎn)就是靈活性。其靈活表現(xiàn)在不拘泥于美術(shù)知識(shí)的傳授,不受美術(shù)教材的限制等。著重于教師教學(xué)思維的轉(zhuǎn)變和對(duì)學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的全面把握。這樣靈活的教育綱領(lǐng)在實(shí)施過程中會(huì)遇到諸如教師素質(zhì)不夠、教學(xué)硬件缺乏等問題。層出不窮的新版美術(shù)教材把基礎(chǔ)性、科學(xué)性、開放性與趣味性做到有機(jī)的結(jié)合,在教材的課目設(shè)計(jì)中,注意到將觀察能力、想象能力和表現(xiàn)能力的發(fā)展結(jié)合到具體的學(xué)習(xí)中,在綜合的學(xué)習(xí)中逐步培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的自身素質(zhì)。改革后的教材雖然注重了趣味性、綜合性等,但對(duì)教學(xué)環(huán)境諸如教師素質(zhì)、教學(xué)硬件要求頗高,比較適合在物質(zhì)條件比較發(fā)達(dá)的城市使用,在相對(duì)于城市而言的后發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)農(nóng)村無法很好的實(shí)施新教材的課程。在教學(xué)硬件一時(shí)無法改善的情況下,教師教學(xué)方法、思想意識(shí)的更新是當(dāng)務(wù)之急。可見教師的自身素質(zhì)成了新課程改革落實(shí)的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)之一。高等師范是為新課程改革提供人才的教育重陣。在中小學(xué)美術(shù)課程正在進(jìn)行一系列的改革的同時(shí),高等師范美術(shù)院系也應(yīng)及時(shí)調(diào)整課程內(nèi)容,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)新課程改革的新型人才。條件比較艱苦的后發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)更需要新型教育人才的加入,需要能利用現(xiàn)有的環(huán)境發(fā)揮美術(shù)的素質(zhì)教育作用,靈活運(yùn)用教學(xué)法,適應(yīng)新課程改革的教師工作者。然而,據(jù)筆者了解大部分的高等師范美術(shù)院系課程設(shè)置與專業(yè)美術(shù)院校的課程設(shè)置頗為相似,比較容易讓學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)不明確,在教育實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)感覺所學(xué)非所用。中小學(xué)美術(shù)課程的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、美術(shù)課程的教育情況、美術(shù)新課程改革的實(shí)施情況、心理學(xué)、教育學(xué)等都應(yīng)該是未來的美術(shù)教育工作者學(xué)習(xí)和了解的主課內(nèi)容。桂林地處廣西省,屬欠經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)之一。中小學(xué)美術(shù)新課程改革的實(shí)施情況在較為發(fā)達(dá)的桂林市區(qū)與欠發(fā)達(dá)的桂林縣城地區(qū)有相同也有不同之處。鑒于對(duì)此情況的調(diào)查將有助于中小學(xué)美術(shù)新課程改革的發(fā)展以及對(duì)高等師范美術(shù)教育的改良。本文通過對(duì)桂林市、縣的中小學(xué)美術(shù)新課程改革的實(shí)施進(jìn)行抽樣調(diào)查所得的數(shù)據(jù),輔之以各種有關(guān)教育、美術(shù)教育的報(bào)刊雜志等文獻(xiàn)資料,通過對(duì)材料的綜合分析與比較研究,了解美術(shù)新課程改革的實(shí)施情況,并結(jié)合高師美術(shù)教育課程設(shè)置,提出一些可行性的改良建議。希望有助于美術(shù)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展。

簡介:圖內(nèi)圖書分類號(hào)G6432國際圖書分類號(hào)671管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文中美高等教育管理領(lǐng)域研究生課程設(shè)置的比較研究碩士研究生王磊導(dǎo)師郭大成教授申請學(xué)位管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)科、專業(yè)教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理所在單位高等教育研究所答辯日期2008年6月授予學(xué)位單位哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)管理學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文I摘要本文在大量收集資料和調(diào)查研究的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用比較研究、文獻(xiàn)研究以及調(diào)查研究的方法,針對(duì)兩國研究生教育情況,對(duì)美國與我國的高等教育管理領(lǐng)域碩士研究生的課程設(shè)置作了較為全面的比較和細(xì)致的分析。主要比較了課程設(shè)置的目標(biāo)、原則、結(jié)構(gòu)以及課程設(shè)置內(nèi)容等幾個(gè)方面,發(fā)現(xiàn)中美兩國在課程設(shè)置上的主要差異,找到問題所在。本文分析了中美兩國研究生教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和方式,國內(nèi)外不同高校在高等教育管理領(lǐng)域的研究生專業(yè)課程設(shè)置的對(duì)比,列舉了美國喬治亞大學(xué)、密歇根大學(xué)、賓西法尼亞大學(xué)、哈佛大學(xué)等幾所美國高校以及國內(nèi)幾所具有教育管理專業(yè)培養(yǎng)能力的大學(xué),發(fā)現(xiàn)我國高等教育管理領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)在課程設(shè)置的內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)上的不足,對(duì)存在的問題提出改進(jìn)意見。提出了對(duì)我國高等教育管理領(lǐng)域研究生課程設(shè)置的自己的構(gòu)想。文中較全面地分析中美高等教育管理類研究生課程設(shè)置的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),目的在于提高我國研究生教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理專業(yè)的課程體系,提高我國研究生在高等教育管理類專業(yè)的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,也可以對(duì)我國研究生教育課程設(shè)置提供借鑒意義。由于研究的是高等教育管理領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)課程設(shè)置,本文的意圖是通過對(duì)比研究,提出能夠優(yōu)化我國研究生教育經(jīng)濟(jì)與管理專業(yè)的課程體系,提高我國高等教育管理領(lǐng)域的研究生的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,使之可以為我國研究生教育課程設(shè)置提供啟示。關(guān)鍵詞高等教育管理研究生課程設(shè)置

簡介:華中科技大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文論中國高等教育法律的秩序價(jià)值姓名李靜蓉申請學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)高等教育學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師別敦榮20070601華中科技大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文華中科技大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文II效率為價(jià)值取向從而保證高等教育的效率;高等教育法律更應(yīng)該在正義的前提下平等對(duì)待所有高等教育主體,同時(shí)通過特殊方式幫助處境不利人群的高等教育權(quán)利的實(shí)現(xiàn)以保證高等教育的平等。如果高等教育法律關(guān)注了這些內(nèi)在要求,它將帶來一個(gè)安全、高效和平等的高等教育秩序,即理想中的高等教育秩序。然而在特殊的歷史境遇中,我國的高等教育法律并沒有這樣的秩序價(jià)值,現(xiàn)行高等教育法律建構(gòu)的主要是計(jì)劃秩序,法律的價(jià)值主要是工具價(jià)值。高等教育法律文本中的高等教育層次結(jié)構(gòu)模糊、權(quán)利義務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)失衡、控制約束機(jī)制缺乏權(quán)威;而實(shí)踐中高等教育的立法不科學(xué)不民主,司法不普遍,行政執(zhí)法的透明度和公開度都不高,高等教育的法律秩序還未形成。正是因?yàn)閷?duì)于秩序和法律價(jià)值的一元化追求,才導(dǎo)致它對(duì)業(yè)已多元化的社會(huì)控制無力,使整個(gè)高等教育處于嚴(yán)重的“無序”之中。高等教育法律價(jià)值觀的如此定位是建國以后長期實(shí)施的計(jì)劃經(jīng)濟(jì)思維和工具主義法律價(jià)值觀的歷史慣性使然,是國家主義教育觀的反映,主要為了維護(hù)國家的高等教育利益。而要改變綱紀(jì)廢弛的狀況,一個(gè)最基本的途徑就是通過建立高等教育法律的價(jià)值共識(shí)而改變法律不被信仰與遵循的局面,使高等教育法律能在全社會(huì)得到全面的貫徹與實(shí)施。為此,改變高等教育立法的思維范式,拓寬社會(huì)交往的公共空間,使高等教育立法的民主化程度提高將是建立法律價(jià)值共識(shí)的必要條件。關(guān)鍵詞關(guān)鍵詞高等教育法律秩序法律價(jià)值
