簡(jiǎn)介:華中科技大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文高等教育人才培養(yǎng)模式新論姓名楊杏芳申請(qǐng)學(xué)位級(jí)別博士專業(yè)高等教育學(xué)指導(dǎo)教師文輔相姚啟和2002612華中科技大學(xué)博士學(xué)位論文論基礎(chǔ)”,一方面鑒】素質(zhì)教育重視全面素質(zhì)、重視基礎(chǔ)、重視人的主體性的思想,仃利J糾III解析模,℃、功利性過(guò)強(qiáng)的專業(yè)教育模式、高度單一模式和物化教育模式的弊端,從而確認(rèn),F(xiàn)淪證了素質(zhì)教育觀對(duì)高等教育本科人/J培養(yǎng)模式改革的指導(dǎo)作川另方面又明確指出模式改革的理論基礎(chǔ)除了素質(zhì)教育觀之外,還應(yīng)包括諸如高等教育哲學(xué)、文化哲學(xué)、生存論哲學(xué)、心理學(xué)等眾多理論基礎(chǔ)。關(guān)。‘高等教育人/D培養(yǎng)模式的改革與實(shí)質(zhì)建構(gòu)”,這個(gè)部分的核心是要回答或解決兩個(gè)問(wèn)題,其一是我國(guó)本科高等教育起主導(dǎo)作用或范型作用的人/D培養(yǎng)模式究竟是什么,其二是在這個(gè)主導(dǎo)模式之下高等教育人/J培養(yǎng)模式如何實(shí)現(xiàn)多樣化以及統(tǒng)一性與多樣化的關(guān)系問(wèn)題。對(duì)于本科人才培養(yǎng)活動(dòng)的主導(dǎo)模式,本文討論了“科學(xué)文化人,I創(chuàng)造”四位一體的目標(biāo),以及通釵教育與專業(yè)教育相結(jié)合的實(shí)現(xiàn)形式,而有巾因特色的通專結(jié)合之路則是“更加注重素質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的寬口徑的專業(yè)教育”。彳1明確E導(dǎo)模式的攮礎(chǔ)上,筆者進(jìn)一步探討了模式的多樣化問(wèn)題,認(rèn)為模式的多樣化,1I儀有內(nèi)在的合理性,而且有現(xiàn)實(shí)的必然性,并提出了“分類、規(guī)范、特色”的思路和“縱橫分流”的實(shí)施策略,從而完成了主導(dǎo)模式與多樣化的子模式群之問(wèn)的年Ⅱ貿(mào)通,實(shí)現(xiàn)了一留等教育理論與高等教育人/J培養(yǎng)活動(dòng)的實(shí)踐之陽(yáng)J的相互轉(zhuǎn)化與雙向建構(gòu)。,耳一,~‘JT關(guān)鍵詞』嗲教育L夢(mèng),仝生竺爹模式,崖墮墮蟬,蟄女舯▲。D_●
