2、年六月 Study on the Control Methods of Storage Quality for Alfalfa Bale Abstract With the development of Animal Husbandry in our country, the demand for high quality alfalfa is increased gradually. Although the alfalfa indu
3、stry becomes more and more, modulation alfalfa hay has a problem of low level technology processing and mechanization degree, which makes the product quality and quantity of alfalfa in our country can’t be compared with
4、foreign products. In order to solve these deficiencies,this paper take the second crop grown alfalfa (gold queen) of the national grass system comprehensive test station as the test material and cut in its initial flower
5、ing cradles, According to the different water content , different density and different additive amount of CaO for bundling, and storaging 360 days, then regular sampling. By dynamic measuring the mould quantity ,RFVand
6、digestive rate of different processing bale during the storage period to determine the optimum water content, bundling density, additive amount of CaO for alfalfa bundle of safety storage provide reliable experimental ba
7、sis. The main conclusions are as follow: ⑴ Alfalfa bale with the CaO processing can significantly reduce the mould quantity, ensure alfalfa nutrition quality, which add 2% CaO processing is the best of all. ⑵ According t
8、o measure the mould quantity and RFV of the Alfalfa bale dealed with the different water content (15%、20%、25%)and the different density (100kg/m3、150 kg/m3、200 kg/m3), we know that of the optimum water content is 20%, an
9、d the optimum bundling density is kg/m3. ⑶ According to measure the mould quantity and RFV ,we can choose the A8(moisture conntent is 20%, bundling density for 200 kg/m3, no add CaO), C5(moisture conntent is 20%, bundlin
10、g density for 150 kg/m3, add 2% CaO), C6(moisture conntent is 25%, bundling density for 150 kg/m3, add 2% CaO) and C8 (moisture conntent is 20%, bundling density for 200 kg/m3, add 2% CaO),then measure the 48-hours diges
