1、論文題目:煤礦智能培訓(xùn)考核系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用研究工程領(lǐng)域:電子與通信工程碩 士 生:田雨彤彤 (簽 名)指導(dǎo)教師:韓曉冰曉冰 (簽 名)摘 要進(jìn)入網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息蓬勃發(fā)展時代,必然會產(chǎn)生與社會形態(tài)相適應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)方式,以及滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)營管理模式。作為國家重要能源的煤礦企業(yè),其管理和發(fā)展的重要性不言而喻。一直以來,企業(yè)為了提高供應(yīng)能力,使得員工人數(shù)不斷增長,但由于企業(yè)員工的技能比較單一,水平參差不齊,因此調(diào)整優(yōu)化企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)勢在必行,企業(yè)需要對員工開展培訓(xùn)工

2、作以提高知識技能水平,為此本文做以下分析與研究。本文以建莊礦業(yè)集團(tuán)實際業(yè)務(wù)需求為背景, 在對其企業(yè)員工目前培訓(xùn)及考核工作中存在的問題進(jìn)行分析后,從軟件體系角度出發(fā),采用模塊化設(shè)計思想和低耦合的交互方式,設(shè)計并開發(fā)了煤礦智能培訓(xùn)考核系統(tǒng),本文完成了系統(tǒng)需求分析、設(shè)計、實現(xiàn)以及測試等工作。該系統(tǒng)主要分為培訓(xùn)及考核兩個模塊,實現(xiàn)了在線培訓(xùn)、在線考試、自動組卷、出題管理、策略管理、考核管理、日志管理等功能。并且系統(tǒng)還實現(xiàn)了權(quán)限選擇與登錄模塊的功

3、能,對用戶的訪問權(quán)限進(jìn)行分配。系統(tǒng)完成后, 對系統(tǒng)的功能及性能進(jìn)行有效的測試, 測試結(jié)果表明該系統(tǒng)功能完整,性能良好,運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定,人機(jī)交互友好,可以滿足企業(yè)對員工的培訓(xùn)考核要求,能夠達(dá)到預(yù)期的設(shè)計目標(biāo)。由于該系統(tǒng)的組卷模塊使用了隨機(jī)算法,雖然可以提高組卷效率,但無法良好的實現(xiàn)考核試題的合理分配,為此本文提出了對組卷模塊的改進(jìn)建議,將遺傳算法應(yīng)用在組卷模塊中以實現(xiàn)試題的均衡調(diào)整,并對提出的算法進(jìn)行建模以及仿真驗證。關(guān) 鍵 詞:考核系統(tǒng);組卷

12、ction and performance of the system effectively testresults show that the system is fully functional, good performance, stable, friendly, it meetscorporate staff training and examination requirements to achieve the desir

13、ed design goals. Asthe system's test paper module uses a random algorithm, although it can improve theefficiency of test paper, but not achieve a reasonable allocation of good assessment questions,and recommendations
