3、 Shengjing Hospital from February 2012 to March 2013. We treated 9 patients who met the inclusion criteria with the surgery of splenic artery ligation (SAL) and selective peripheral vascular disarticulation, and treated

4、14 patients who didn't met the inclusion criteria with splenectomy plus selective peripheral vascular disarticulation. Results All the 23 cases were operated successfully without death. The SAL group cut down the portal

5、venous pressure and there is no statistics difference between the two groups.There were rises in both WBC and PLT counts, but the group went spenectomy rose more (P＜0.05). 3 patients in the SAL group got complications, o
