2、e government servicein new era, which is filled with competition and challenge. Espcially after China havesuccessfully taken part in WTO, China government will take on challenges and threats from
3、 globalization , because , all kinds of concussions and strikes are brought tothe society of China by the globalization, globalization, in the end , they will impute tothe government. so we
4、insist that it is crucial for government of China how to make thesocial development in the social stabilization and exuberance, but we want to solvethe issue from how to transform the government function
5、 and how to enhance government service.The thesis is made up of five parts, including the preface , status quo ofgovernment service, analyzing the factors which influence the government service,countermeasure analysis
6、 to enhance government service and the conclusion.The preface introduces the background of writing and several conceptions, analyzes the significance and functions and in brief , introduces the main conte
7、nt andcharacteristic.The second part introduces the status quo of government service. It is divided intotwo parts, including the achievenments and problems of government servicedevelopment. The latter em
8、bodies such as :1, transformation of the government role not to complete ;2,lack in practice spirit of service,3,short of system and wholeness.4,unmature law system,5 the methods and ways to admini
9、stration service don’t adapt tothe social development .The third part mainly analyses the factors which influence administration serviceefficiency. Analyzing the part according to two factors. That’s intrin
10、sic factor and external factor. The factor mainly is social factor and system factor; and the latterfollows those: firstly, the official value attitude is unconscionable; secondly, leadershipmanagement system i
11、s illogical, which is most important factor that we enhancegovernment service.The fourth part is countermeasure analysis. According to the external factor, we bring forward several typical administration serv
