4、rtant social issues that need to be fixed.Based on the situation of Korea and China,this thesis will analyze both country's housing policies and the programs that were designed for low income households.The public housin

5、g policies in these two countries need to be evaluated since public housing policies in any countries are not perfect.This thesis also attempts to analyze the case study of Seoul Metropolitan and Shanghai to compare and

6、understand housing policy of these two countries.China and Korea are similar in East Asia countries but also different in government system,finance system and social system.

7、nalyzed the background of housing policy in China and Korea how housing policy changed after the reforms.And also providing case studies,this thesis analyzed the current situation of public housing policies in specific c

8、ities.This thesis mainly compares the housing policy of two similar and different main countries China and Korea and discuss the advantages or disadvantages of different housing policy.This thesis is to learn from each o

9、ther to improve public housing policies,provide more public housing for low-income households as well as to reduce housing inequality.
