2、nd exports has formed powerful demand pull for world trade, however, China still didn’ t control “ main right”of market competition. Its’influence to international market is great, but its’“ force”is weak.

3、 This phenomenon displayed in world economic operation is threatening Chinese economic strategy safety. According to Chinese practical situation, this article discussed existing defects of pricing

4、power system, and analysed corresponding causes. Low price competition of export has been Chinese bleeding malady, it has badly restricted sustainable growth of imports and exports trade. We lac

5、k of “ price mechanism”and “ price strategy”management with relative free contributing factors. For “ China demand”and “ China factor” , we should have a rational cognition to our domestic and inte

6、rnational market. The sticking point is that we should “with a view to long term” . This article mainly stated legal measures to perfect pricing power system. We should mark out competitive b

7、ehaver of enterprise with legal means. We should build and complete pricing power prewarning system for imports and exports trade. We should strengthen legal protection of intellectual property.

8、 We still should complete legal safeguards for obtaining pricing power. Production pricing power of imports and exports trade will finally be realized via enterprise behavior. Therefore we should

9、 perfect corporation governing structure of enterprise. From the first day of Chinese reform and opening to the outside world, antidumping just liked a sharp sword hung on Chinese exports. We

10、 should learn to use law arms of antidumping to defend competition system of domestic market, to defend lawful rights and interests of Chinese production in external market. Based on government

11、 regulation and control for price conduct of market subject, antimonopoly law restricts freedom pricing power of market subject. But this restriction isn’ t unadulterated, it is mingled with free

12、dom pricing power protection for market subject. In the epoch of knowledge and economy, core of international competition is science and technology. Imports and exports trade has need to strengt
